We are very happy with the apartment and Tom has been extremely patient, kind, responsible, and efficient when helping us throughout the whole process! From negotiating for a good price, liaising with the solicitors for a smooth completion, as well as making sure the apartment is in good condition during the handover. GoogleWe feel that we have got to know Ballymore pretty well over the almost four years between putting down our deposit and getting the keys to our new home. Inevitably (because it is construction on a large scale and complicated site) there have been some hiccups along the way but we have given a 5* rating because at the end of the process we are delighted with the quality of not just our flat but of the resident services and wider public realm that Ballymore has created around it. This really is place-making of a high standard and it's great to feel a part of it. A special shout-out for the Customer Liaison & Completions Team (and in particular Emily) who have all been super-helpful, professional and friendly throughout.

GoogleReally great experience buying our first property in UK from Ballymore at The Brentford Project. Stefan, Tom, Emily and Tonya were very helpful every step of the way, taking extra time answering numerous questions we had a made every effort to make this process as smooth as possible. I want to highlight:
Tom Ustic from Ballymore sales team, extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and patient person;
Stefan Baldazaraki from Chastertons, very honest, patient and helpful person.
The overall process took us 6 months, from the 1st viewing to the completion. We took our time to make the decision and weight alternatives. But everything from the Ballymore side was very quick and in timely manner.
Aftercare team actually works, we made few inquiries to fix small issues, all have been addressed in timely manner.

GoogleLate October I saw the show flat at Brentford Project and loved it. I was already living in the building in a 2 bedroom flat but wanted to upsize. Tom one of the sales team told me that the show flat had been sold however one on the floor below was still available. The next day Sara showed me around the three bedroom property with views over the City of London Kew Gardens and Syon Park. I knew there were many interested parties so I moved quickly and in early November Sara rang me with the good news the flat was mine.
I exchanged in December and completed March 31st. From beginning to end the sales team of AJ, Tom and Sara could not have been more accommodating. I felt they were on my side throughout the process. Last Monday Emily, who handles the completions gave me the keys a bottle of Nyetimber and some other goodies. I absolutely love living here and the sales team have been a joy to work with.
