GoogleWe recently had a viewing at the Brentford project and had a great experience from start to finish. Kedy Kutt was fantastic, she was incredibly knowledgeable, walked us through everything clearly, and took the time to answer all our questions. The viewing itself was well-organised and gave us a thorough understanding of the development. Kedy's warm and professional approach made the whole process very comfortable. Highly recommended!

GoogleWe recently purchased our flat at Riverscape through Ballymore and were fortunate to have Salvatore Cusimano guide us through the process. As first-time buyers and new to the UK, we had a lot of questions and uncertainties, but Salvatore was incredibly supportive every step of the way. From the start, he was friendly, professional, and always approachable. He was quick to respond to our many queries and happily arranged additional viewings while we were still making our decision. Beyond that, he took the time to clearly explain how the buying process works in the UK, offering valuable advice that really helped us feel more confident and informed. He was also very transparent about how strong our offer would be and what potential discounts might be available, nothing ever felt rushed or unclear. Salvatore made what could have been a very overwhelming process feel smooth, well-organised, and even enjoyable. We’re very grateful for his guidance and would happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy at Riverscape. GoogleBallymore were fantastic all the way through the process right from initial viewings all the way through to key hand over. Gary from the sales team went the extra mile to make things happen - everything from extra last minute viewings to keeping me updated through the offer period - nothing was ever a problem. Tonya from the completions team was all over the last minute details like minor snags and explaining everything from exchange of contracts until completion. I would highly recommend the Ballymore team at Riverscape, they've done an amazing job!

GoogleAbsolutely terrible experience from these money hungry con artists! Please do not fall into their trap of lies and deceit. They stole my 50k deposit and are refusing to give it back. Everything is one big scam to take your money. From the solicitor they offer you to the company they recommend to resell. Everything is planned and manipulated and as a First Time Buyer like I was, they will simply chew you up and spit you out. They drastically overprice their properties and are not prepared to come lower. Having obtained my mortgage subject to valuation, the property was down valued by 60k. Ballymore refused to lower the asking price and were adamant that it was worth the price of 500k for a studio. It clearly wasn't as the valuation came back at 440k. This meant I could no longer afford the property and was not able to complete. All of this whilst a pandemic is happening. Ballymore care only about money and will do whatever necessary to keep it, even if that means ripping off First Time Buyers. Ballymore will take your deposit without even checking if you have a mortgage offer in place. If you value your money and investment then do not go into business with Ballymore. All I want is my 10% deposit back which I was told I would get back from Ballymore employee and solicitor.

GoogleI've just delivered some furniture to the bagshaw building and dealt with a lady by the name of Christina.. There were a few issues regarding emails not being sent to grant us access and Christina went above and beyond to sort everything out and help us. She's an absolute credit to the company

GoogleBuild quality: ok but could be better. Management report: 3 years lagging I heard. Communications during completion: very poor. Everything through the solicitor they recommended that probably acted for them than for you. Solicitor they recommended: expensive. My mortgage advisor told me after discounting the £2k incentive (£2k off the solicitor fee they said to make you put deposit), they are charging more expensive than the next most expensive solicitor on the market. I’ll post it for you to judge. Also I never once spoke to the solicitor over the phone. All over email. Ok I lied, I called them once cause they did not respond to my email after days. That was it. Furniture pack: they claimed to be worth £10k furniture pack. What I received, mostly substandard. IKEA would have better furniture at 1/3 the cost.NegativeResponsiveness, Value

GoogleChose an extremely incompetent lift contractor. Now, the 29 storey building I live in has FREQUENT lift breakdowns. The high-rise lifts are constantly out of order. They restored one to service a few days ago and it has broken down AGAIN

It was fantastic how Salvatore and all other colleagues from Ballymore supported us on finding the right apartment Your Sales team just Rocks and is so extremely customer centric. GoogleKeep increasing service charges, but not fixing anything. Gym lockers broken, sauna always get broken. Rooms in buildings cheap.Start putting new rules in spa (like no phone or any electronic allowed) with out asking people opinion.

GoogleDo not touch any of these builders who have carried out poor, shoddy, workmanship and then refused to correct it, leaving leaseholders to pay. Corruption is endemic throughout the building industry and backed by the government . Cannot be trusted. GoogleBe very careful of buying from this developer. 1/. Service charges will increase disproportionately after the first few years. 2/. If there is any discrepancy/disagreement with service charges, they will launch malicious prosecutions using a firm of solicitors who will charge exorbitantly (Brady Solicitors)

GoogleDuring the final settlement activities of our unit in the Ballymore development in the Brentford, West London, Ballymore carefully parked their incomplete constructions works. Or in other words the building was not fit for habitation, as we have now found out. In a quest to fill their bank account, they have caused misery to the occupants of the units. After completion they ramped up their unfinished, delayed construction works in the remainder of the building, and the coffee cups in the units are now rattling off the table.....
