GoogleLoving the article in the financial times 13 March 2021 about this company. Their service charges go up 20% per year. So you’re stuck paying 2 mortgages......one for the property and one for the charges.... Then they don’t even make the repairs 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤔🤔🤔 One to avoid.....you’ve been warned......

GoogleI just wonder who are those still buying properties developed by Ballymore. Then I find out that they just use the information asymmetry to rob oversea buyers. Even in the largest oversea market, Ballymore gets a reputation.

GoogleI lived in their building. Everything works at 40%, they only care about money it seems; no proper ventilation, defective plugs and furniture, no organic recycling. Will move out as soon as I can.

GoogleWould definitely not recommend buying property from Ballymore. Terrible company with no morals. Expect to be regularly hit with bills you never agreed to pay for and threatened with legal action when you ask any questions. Do not buy property from these people.

GoogleWaiting over 5 months for reimbursement from a flood/burst pipe that happened in my flat at Royal Wharf. Many in the building still waiting for reimbursement as well (~15 flats affected). Ballymore is really letting this development down.
