GoogleLooks like a great project, I actually bought here but the apartments were done quite quick so finishing not at its best (lots of snags), lots of issues with heating, cooling or hot water not functioning at random times + reactivity of the aftercare team to fix things is really slow…. For the price you are paying for these apartments, I think quality is not at the level of the investment. A shame.

GoogleDuring the final settlement activities of our unit in the Ballymore development in the Brentford, West London, Ballymore carefully parked their incomplete constructions works. Or in other words the building was not fit for habitation, as we have now found out. In a quest to fill their bank account, they have caused misery to the occupants of the units. After completion they ramped up their unfinished, delayed construction works in the remainder of the building, and the coffee cups in the units are now rattling off the table.....

GoogleBallymore have increased service charge year on year at an unsustainable rate and it’s all down to very poor management of costs and lack of proper accounting/ transparency. Takes them years to publish the actual accounts supporting the service charges they demand and the numbers just don’t add up.

Ballymore warned by ratings site over ‘reviews’ written by its own staff. High-profile London developer takes down posts on consumer review site written by its own employees. London developer Ballymore has been forced to act after online ratings site Trustpilot issued a formal “cease and desist” warning for it stop its own staff from posting positive reviews of the firm. Ballymore said in a statement it had taken down reviews posted by staff members and said those who had been posting had been residents of Ballymore developments.

GoogleOne of the worse developer i have ever dealt with. I bought a unit in Royal Wharf and even after 2 weeks of notifying I will be occupying the unit, I was not given access to the clib facilities even as an owber occupier woth all monthly service fees paid on time. The concierge was the worst and admin was the worse and the most unhelpful. Worse service and support. Till today, I am not able to use the facilities I paid for. Never again will I buy a property from Ballymore.

GoogleOne more time, Ballymore has shown how they can use and abuse leaseholders. Despite paying my service charges, I received (with no previous notice), a letter before claim from some debt collectors. I leave aside the way I have been treated. But they cannot even check the payments they have received. If you have any intention to buy a property managed by Ballymore, for your mental health, please do not.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible experience from these money hungry con artists! Please do not fall into their trap of lies and deceit. They stole my 50k deposit and are refusing to give it back. Everything is one big scam to take your money. From the solicitor they offer you to the company they recommend to resell. Everything is planned and manipulated and as a First Time Buyer like I was, they will simply chew you up and spit you out. They drastically overprice their properties and are not prepared to come lower. Having obtained my mortgage subject to valuation, the property was down valued by 60k. Ballymore refused to lower the asking price and were adamant that it was worth the price of 500k for a studio. It clearly wasn't as the valuation came back at 440k. This meant I could no longer afford the property and was not able to complete. All of this whilst a pandemic is happening. Ballymore care only about money and will do whatever necessary to keep it, even if that means ripping off First Time Buyers. Ballymore will take your deposit without even checking if you have a mortgage offer in place. If you value your money and investment then do not go into business with Ballymore. All I want is my 10% deposit back which I was told I would get back from Ballymore employee and solicitor.

GoogleI have had the best experience(s) working with Ballymore. Their completions team are knowledgeable, attentive & responsive. Their finger is on the pulse & they understand the property market extremely well. For me what makes them unique is their ability to be ahead of the game in regards to new rules & regulations as well as ensuring their buyers are in the best possible position to complete. My clients have nothing but kind words for the completions team, especially in regards to the way their hands are held throughout. It is clear from the get-go that they care!
