TrustpilotLewis Simms is a great Sales Advisor
I have been looking at various new built sites in Leeds and when I met Lewis Simms @ Avant development-Greenlock Place near Skelton Lake area, I felt very comfortable. He was really good to talk to, he was open & approachable to ask whatever questions we had. He always holds a pleasant smile which helps the potential buyers in feeling confident about the development and the whole process. I would highly recommend Avant homes to my family and friends and a sales advisor like Lewis is great asset to Avant. Thank you Lewis for all the help 🙏🏻

TrustpilotAn amazing journey from start to finish
What an amazing company! From to start to finish I cannot fault Avant, there client service is 5*. In particular our sales advisor Lisa I cannot thank her enough she has been exceptional. Throughout the whole procedure she has been on hand and made our journey smooth and stress free, as first time buyers we would have been lost without her. On completion we have had visits from the contacts we need at Avant. Lisa, Ian and Dave you have all been superstars we are so pleased we chose Avant!

TrustpilotJake (Site Manager) @ Strawberry Fields
Despite having a delayed move into the house, Jake restored all our faith in Avant and has been nothing but outstanding in his service to look after us. He has been there to answer any questions, update us on any things that need doing within the house and checking in to make sure we are okay. If we ever need anything, Jake has been there! He cares about his customers and the work put in to all the houses. He is a top man! The builders on site have also shown this dedication to getting everything right. We love our home, especially because of the service given. Plot 28.

We were at Avant Homes at the development at Croftside Quarter in Cullingworth. Today was the day to reserve a home and Abi stepped in at the last minute, even though it was a Bank holiday. Once again we were greeted by her cheerful personality and put at ease with a lovely cup of tea.All areas were fully explained, our questions answered, reservation made and documents completed. We look forward to future meetings with Abi with our homes progress. Many thanks Regards David & Angela Spencer

TrustpilotJames at Brecks Lane Park
James at Brecks Lane Park has been patient and helpful, answered all of our questions and took the time to make the process so far really smooth. He has offered to keep in touch regularly with build updates including photos if we request them. We don’t feel rushed and James takes us one step at a time. We hope the journey from build to completion is as positive as it has been so far!!

TrustpilotEvery visit was a pleasure
Every visit was a pleasure, James was patient and took us through every detail. We have bought a few new builds over the years, and Avant seem to include so many extra’s I though I would need to budget extra for. The process was smooth, simple yet in depth, we came away from the reservations appointment so excited. Can’t wait to move in.

TrustpilotReview for Sales Advisor Georgia
A review for our sales advisor Georgia: she was absolutely amazing throughout our journey, from viewing to completion. She was always friendly and professional, greeted us with a smile no matter what, and we feel she went out of her way often to answer any questions and give us weekly updates on the build progress of our home. Her customer service is outstanding and Avant are lucky to have her!

TrustpilotFirst time buyers at Cotchett Village, Derby.
We’ve just bought our first home at Cotchett Village in Derby. Louise was so helpful throughout the whole process, we were always happy to see her and she kept us reassured throughout the whole time, especially during our completion day as we had no clue what was happening!Since being in we are really happy with our little home. Despite living amongst phase 4 being built and other houses (literally next door and opposite) being finished for completion, we are not bothered by the builders or noise one bit. They are all polite and friendly and are always lending a hand. We feel the site managers and builders have gone above and beyond and exceeded our expectations of literally living on a building site. Having read 100’s of reviews about new builds and the bad rep they get, I was so nervous thinking what had we done! But after just over a month, our short snag list is being sorted and worked through so quickly we can’t keep up of who is coming in and out. I think it definetly helps having the builders on your doorstep Monday-Friday, so they’re always around to lend a hand. Tracy in the after sales team has also been so helpful in getting our snags sorted, and we definitely feel valued here. I would recommend buying a house on this estate to anyone based off the experience we have had!
