I popped into Earls Park completely on the off chance and Louise was so helpful!! The house type we are interested in isn't available yet and Louise was not a 'pushy' sales woman she understood my families needs for a house and respected that the search for a house in the area was a challenge! thankyou for not trying to force me into buying a property and I would recommend chatting to louise at earls park to help find what you are looking for!

Thankyou

Louise was great to work with on purchasing our new property. Always helpful on offering her advice which we listened to and made our decisions accordingly. She guided us through the experience with positivity and enthusiasm and allowing us to develop our new home. Would definitely recommend. As the home took shape Simon the site manager entered the fold and assisted us in completing the build. What a star. Everything was done as planned and we have just moved in. Love it and Thankyou to everyone involved. It is worth the wait.

I would like to leave feedback for…Cheryl Fisher

I would like to leave feedback for Cheryl Fisher who helped me on buying my property at Avant Homes JG. I was buying the 2 bed property myself and Cheryl made the whole process of buying the property very easy. She explained the steps involved to me clearly and ensured I understood the process. Cheryl resolved an issue for me very quickly and I was given an excellent incentive to resolve the issue I encountered. I was able to pop into the sales office regularly as the build progressed to have an informal chat with Cheryl who made me feel very welcome. Cheryl provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process which really helped to make the process as easy as possible for me especially when buying a property myself. 10/10 excellent customer service.

Excellent Experience with Avant-Earls Park | Louise and Leah

Excellent Experience with Avant, Earls Park | Louise and Leah I had a fantastic experience with Louise and Leah from the Avant sales team at Earls Park. Both were extremely friendly, approachable, and professional, and they provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. What really impressed me was their willingness to go the extra mile. They shared additional quality-related information beyond what was initially provided, answered my questions thoroughly, and gave me the reassurance and confidence I needed throughout the process. A special mention to Louise, who is basically a living Google Earth! 😂 She seems to know every little detail about the area and can give you information that even Google Maps might struggle to find! Both Louise and Leah are a real credit to Avant. Their friendly approach, knowledge, transparency, and attention to detail made a great impression on me. Thank you both for the excellent service. Keep up the great work! Highly recommended. 👏
