TrustpilotOdett's point Keighley
I recently booked a house with Avant Homes, and I must say, the entire experience was seamless and impressive! Abigail, the sales representative, was an absolute delight to work with. Her expertise, professionalism, and warm demeanor made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable.Abigail's exceptional service deserves special mention. She listened attentively to our needs, showed us properties that fit our criteria, and guided us through the booking process with patience and clarity. Her knowledge of the properties and the local area was impressive, and she went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and confident in our decision.I highly recommend Avant Homes and Abigail to anyone looking for a hassle-free and successful home-buying experience. Thank you, Abigail, for your outstanding service!

TrustpilotReally smooth reservation process
We have just reserved our home and are going through options for personalising it at the moment so we can't speak for the rest of the process yet, but our experience in Ruddington has been super smooth so far. We came in last minute and were given a tour of a couple of homes and decided to go for one as ours sold a couple of days later. The process of viewing and reserving has been smooth and Gavin has been especially helpful and friendly. The documents were all lined up and clear, despite having had the meeting over videocall as this suited my family better. We've bought a newbuild before and the reserving process was definitely far more confusing and difficult with the other builder. Thanks!

TrustpilotTerrible company
Terrible company. Still haven’t done our road works for 4 years, ignore all the residents on the estates emails asking. They keep saying that it will be done but blame contractors constantly. Be warned! Once they have sold you the house they do not care.

TrustpilotBrecks Lane Park Part Exchange
We’ve done a part exchange at Brecks Lane Park. After reading reviews online once we made our reservation I was really worrying about what we’d let ourselves in for. However, I have nothing but good things to say about Avant and we absolutely love our home and the whole process took just under 8 weeks. The whole experience was made even better with James, our sales advisor. He was friendly, knowledgable and welcoming from our very first appointment and was constantly ringing and emailing with updates. Nothing was too much trouble for James, including showing me to the house at least once a week. Overall a really positive experience. I’d definitely recommended.
