Excellent I have just moved into an Avant homes new build. The process was amazing from start to finish. Lisa and Fiona the sales representatives have been so friendly and helpful. Bob Jarvis the site manager has gone above and beyond to help us. As with all new builds you get snagging issues. Bob has made sure most of these issues have been resolved within the first week absolutely amazing I would also like to mention Adam another site manager who has been so helpful. Avant homes you have excellent staff working for you! Can’t fault Avant homes. The houses are beautiful.

Jane in the sales office has worked tirelessly for us and is so dedicated to her customers. She sold the house to us from paper without a demo home. Jane is easy to talk to and has bent over backwards to help us.The home itself has been finished to an impeccable standard which is testimony to the site manager Richard.Jane and Richard have been marvellous throughout the whole process, they have both made the new development feel like a home already and made us feel like we aren’t just some other clients or that this site is just another job for them.Since completion on our new home the after care from Avant Homes has been swift and proper.

Dirty sales tactics, the house we were looking at was advertised with a 10k deposit bonus and estate agent fees paid. So we put our house on the market, got a buyer in place, then when our contract came through. "What 10k deposit bonus?". They expected us to carry on because we'd gone so far already. They wasted our time, our buyer's time, estate agent's time. Now the house is back up on their website advertised with 10k deposit bonus...

As first time buyers they help me and my husband understand a little bit more about properties, got us an appointment with a financial advisor and helped us to know our position fully as buyers. We recently visited your site at Easingwold. The sales person was called Abbie. We were extremely impressed by the way she looked after us. Abbie showed us round a couple of the houses we were interested in, these weren’t show homes. She also showed us around the site and pointed out the plots for the houses we are interested in. Abbie was extremely knowledgeable about the site and even commended the site team, telling how good and efficient and hard working they were. Abbie should be commended for the way she interacts with her customers and her excellent knowledge of the role she has. Paul and Diane Todd.

If I could give 100 stars I would. My move to Bradley Point has been super smooth and good fun. Bella and Vikki in sales are FABULOUS, super helpful and nothing is a problem. Then there is Nick he makes you feel at home instantly and is professional and goes out of his way to ensure you have everything you need. From day 1 when I went to look at the site Georgia was very helpful and she couldn’t do enough to help, she worked late so I could reserve my plot. A credit to the company. Lucy then arrived at the site and she was the same, couldn’t do enough to make sure I was happy. Very smooth process. I moved in quicker than expected and the house is great. I’m glad I went with Avant.

In 6 months we have sold two houses and moved into our Beautiful new build in Ruddington, Nottingham. The experience was amazing, Julia & Gavin from the sales side, giving good communication, always happy to help, smiling and calling us back. Since day one of being our new home Lee, Mark, Tracey and the team have been reactive to any concerns, everyone is so polite and helpful.
