Jacqueline McPhee at Honeyman Park is truly amazing! As a first time buyer and buying on my own, I was extremely nervous regarding the whole process. However Jacqueline has made everything so easy, she’s able to answer any questions I may have and always available either on the phone or email. Can’t recommend Jacqueline and the Honeyman Park site enough! Im so pleased with my plot and excited to move into my new property.

Pavilion acres site walsall. First time buyers and have such a lovely home. Communication I found a bit lacking. Mainly from avant legal to our legal. We would have to chase avant alot for things. Things were not Communicated with us properly BUT things all worked out in the end. We completed In June rather than the expected april/may. We reserved before any building work started so felt like so long. Now we are in our homes it's amazing. We had a private snag done and there was 87 problems, touch up here, paint there. But it was mainly decorative although 1 or 2 more minor issues. Adam and Bob were round regularly to check everything was okay. The problems raised were fixed almost immediately if not next day. Most of the snag list is already completed and the rest is booked in for next week. We had issues with deliveries and royal mail. Fiona and Adam were very helpful speaking with royal mail to get deliveries sorted. We are still with out bins as the council are a bit slow but Adam does provide regular skips to help us out.The only reason I can not give 5 stars is because I am still a bit sour about the Communication with the head office/legal teams, we almost pulled out and went else where due to not being able to raise our concerns.Site teams are amazing though.

28/07/24 Avant at summervile stockton have just sold 11 new homes , possibly more in excess of £3m to a housing association no wounder people can't buy a house and get on the housing ladder , when avant need to sell the last homes to make a profit they'll sell to any housing association

Had great service from Louise and Natalie( Avant Homes ) . So helpful ..so friendly . Supported our house purchase journey from start to finish . Buying a house is never easy and can be stressful… however you know you can pick up that phone or go to the Avant office and you get greeted with the warmest welcome and they work to resolve any issues or concerns you have . Any house snags were listed in no time and within days they were being resolved … great service and the workmen so so friendly .I even lost my new house keys on move in day .. Louise and Natalie calmed the situation and even waited after their going home time until the keys were found. So grateful for these lovely people . First class …. Thankyou 😊💕
