She is friendly , polite , warm , proactive, and hardworking .Her communication is fantastic. We couldn't have been more thankful for her brilliant service ! She is definitely a 💎 gem in Avant sales team !!

Me and my partner have recently bought our first home together and we are thrilled with the work by Avant, we haven't moved in just yet but upon the look around of the completed house it looks great! We noticed one small hole which they have assured us will be fixed before we move in. The building was delayed for a few months but these things happen and they kept us up to date with time frames.

Honestly avoid this company like the plague!! I'm in the middle of buying a house and the whole experience has been horrible,if I had realised sooner what was going om id have pulled out but my partner and I are now stuck. I can only blame our naivety on being first time buyers.It's very clear this company don't give a toss and have been bought out by a shower of cow boys who want to cut corners and cut extras to the bone to make sure they maximise profits. I'm surprised at this point they aren't charging extra for bricks and cement as an upgrade option!Complaints get you nowhere either. They have ruined this whole experience for us and I despise everything about this company and I can tell you hand on heart please take this advice and honeslty do not buy an avant house. Reading these reviews I dread to see what state of house I'm going to get and I expect no after sales care. The crap they put in is cheap and rubbish. You'll get about 5 same tiles (cheap and nasty looking)to pick from and the kitchens are truly grotesque. There's not one positive comment I can bestow on this horrid company.

If your thinking of buying from Avant please Stop!!!!!Quick enough to take deposit and let you buy from them. To actually get any thing done in the house is more stressful than actually buying the house. The products through out the house are cheap, the workmanship is very poor.We have a retaining wall in rear garden that looks like a 4 year built. Over 2 years with multi visits we have our garden wall started. They think that trying to bodge the wall will help. If any one would like to see photos of what poor workmanship is from Avant happy to show. Please, please avoid these don't ever buy from Avant. They are no different to Bovis, Persimmon and all the rest of them.

In Avant home 1 month now. I read so many negative reviews and I was a bit worry but I found the site manager Dean very interested in customer satisfaction, reactive to our needs, and generally a star. External snags were completed even in our absence. Small snags shouldn't be counted as realistically I can do them myself quicker and almost effortlessly. So thank you Dean and team. So far happy homeowner.

I wouldn’t recommend Avant to anyone. This is the second time we've bought an Avant house and the after sales service and is so much worse than it was 5 years ago. You have to report your snags multiple times and then go over them time and time again with so many different managers and yet very little actually gets done. Ellis Kitchens are poor quality and you can’t get them to repair anything. Everything is an uphill struggle with Avant. Complaints don’t even get you further. The complaints process is ineffective as nobody at Avant really cares once you’ve completed and paid for the house. If you do buy, be prepared for a lot of stress, lots of broken promises and a long painful journey of fighting to get all the issues in your house put right. I won’t ever buy from Avant again.

Avant Homes have displayed no regard during building for the nearby existing housing, causing huge levels of dust and noise out of hours, along with road closures for as long as suits them.It seems from some of the reviews written on Trustpilot that their build quality matches this level of care (Avant Homes were bought out recently - check Google). You could to be the recipient of cost-cutting measures by new ownership, so I have read.Good luck to them selling their thrown-up houses at the hugely inflated asking prices. This area of Crosland Moor is a impoverished area of a static or falling future with coping schools, surgeries and an already over-capacity road infrastructure. Anybody spending more than £120K on a house of any size in this area needs to check out the area first, very carefully indeed. House buyers and landlords be warned as your equity/investment could be massively impacted.

12 months on from damage to my kitchen work tops when we moved in. 3 repairs later and Avant have our once beautiful kitchen in a right mess.Miss cut work tops not fitted to the base units,massive gaps where you can fit your fingers down the sides.Unleave work tops sink not fitted back correctly heat sheild removed from the hob.Scraches to cupboards damage to walls and personal belongings.No updates from avant on when thus will be resolved.Poor service poor work manship of repairs Poor communication from Avant just left with a kitchen not fit for purpose.Avant are quick to take your money but as far as aftercare not quick enough to fix what they have not done correctly in the first place.Photos of the poor repair to embarrassing to post.Would I recommend an Avant home to family and friends well that would be a no.12 months to leave a repair is unacceptable.

Numerous problems on my new home. Took over a year to replace damaged windows highlighted prior to moving in. Damp proof membrane not put in garage and took over a year for them to agree it was their mistake and to rectify. Garden needed digging up as they hadn't put in drainage and it kept flooding. Poor customer service once they have your money

Avoid! They promise the 2 years warranty of customer service to our showroom. Before the completion date, they didn’t fix all snags but they told us again we can call the customer service to fix it after we move in. We got the black and white email to prove that. But after we moved in, they just no show. Call the customer service centre, they just keep saying we don’t have this 2 years warranty, and keep saying we are misunderstanding. Also, the Regional New Home Coordinator just disappear and don’t reply any calls or emails any more. Before that I called her to confirm my 2 year warranty again and she keeps saying we got this. But after this call, she just disappeared. I ask her colleagues to call me. They say they are different departments, they can’t do that. They just avoid responsibility. We can’t found them. We make the complaint, but useless, they just keep saying this is showroom, no warranty included. It’s totally different from the sales team and the new home coordinator told us before. What a big company, but doing this, it’s really unacceptable. This is cheating. Don’t believe them, just avoid!!!! Be careful.They also didn’t give us the door plaque. It’s over 6 months, we just keep ask them many many times, they just keep saying will give the estimate delivery date to us as soon as possible. It’s really ridiculous. After so long, they can’t even give me an estimated date.

435 days later!!!!!Just in case you’ve missed my previous reviews, I thought I’d post an update.I’ve lived in my house 435 days, and I still have day 1 snags!!! Not small snags either! Avoid Avant Homes! Just read these reviews! You’ll note the good reviews are those of great sales teams and nice friendly sales staff… this is true, almost unanimously. The horrors begin when you move in! Avoid!

5 times avant has been out to fix a crack on my bathroom ceiling and 5 times the crack reappears after a few weeks!! Every engineer slates the last engineer for his work and promises they will do it correctly. Today avant have refused to do anything further for us after the site manager being a no show AGAIN!! Zero customer service and zero care for the money people put into buying their homes. Never again will I buy another avant home.

I purchased a house from Avant nearly 4 years ago and we are still awaiting repairs to be finished, and getting ignored by customer services. The sales lady was great, promised the world, as they do to sell a house. As soon as we signed the papers problems started, they were nearly a year behind schedule yet upto the week before we moved in they were still saying it would be ready on time, yet you could tell by looking at it, it was still a shell! We’d already sold and living with my mum so we were going to pull out but we were offered a different house instead, we were upset we didn’t have any of the fixtures we’d spent ages picking, but we had a house and with 3 kids, we moved in, the sewer backed into and flooded the downstairs a week after moving in, the finish was awful, plaster lumps, walls lopsided, scratched windows, electrics in the garage tripped, flat roof leaked, mains electric meter was put in the box wrong so it didn’t shut properly, we’re still waiting for this to be fixed, rain leaking into the window frames, which apparently isn’t covered, the grass died because they used no top soil, but apparently our lawnmower was blunt, the list filled 2 a4 pages. It ruined the whole experience of buying a new home, and I wouldn’t buy one again, trying to get anything done is like banging your head against a brick wall, so we ended leaving a lot of want needed doing and just focused on the big things, here’s hoping they’re fixed within the next 4 years! Save yourself the stress and buy with someone else!

I very nearly bought an Avant home at Purbeck Village in Warwick. It did not finalize in the end through no fault of Avant just circumstances.Through the process i have to say they were very helpful and friendly , id find it hard to fault their efforts to accommodate what i wanted. They let themselves down a little with a mega delayed part refund of my reservation fee but got there in the end.Special shout out for Rachael Mark-Leonardt at Avant who "held my hand" all the way through. If you can find Rachel you are in good hands.

Barley Gate Quarter EstateNo problems with house build but very disappointed with finishing off of estate roads and paths.Have lived in house for 2 years with road surface and some paths not finished,which has left an very uneven surface with some manhole covers 2” below the surface. Avant said they would complete roadway and paths when the houses in the middle of the estate were complete, that happened 3 months ago.

I feel I have to let everyone know of the experience I have had with Avant homes Wilber chase ruddington We reserved our property in March this year and have excuse after excuse why the house was on the back burner There were waiting for bricks then went onto building another property from the footing level with the same bricks , the same happened with the joists the scaffolding When we finally find the house is finished and as we had exchanged contracts expected to complete at the end of this month Nooooooo We find out that the planning conditions had not been met and has only just gone back to planning for amendments Still no completion we are left in the situation, we cannot pull out as the contracts are exchanged, but we cannot complete It’s a nightmare Does anybody else have the same service from Avant

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!.. I have owned my new avant property for almost 3 years now and its the worst decision of my life! Horrible after sales team that will refuse to do any snagging after the house has been handed over and they have got their money! They pride themselves on the "fine touches" as the sales team put it but they are the worst builders I have came across and I'm in the building industry myself!

Avant are a terrible company. Promise you the world then after the money has been handed over not interested. Fitting damaged items and then not fixing them. Not acknowledging any serious issues. Rude and condescending after sales service at managerial level. If i could give no stars i would. Should be investigated by trading standards for all the pledges they make but do not fulfil.
