Horrendous! They try and wriggle out of doing absolutely anything! Rusty radiator all across the bottom, they can’t conclude that we haven’t damaged it, are they for real? How can we damage an already hung radiator that we haven’t touched! Absolute jokers, useless customer service! Poor quality, issue after issue and they are not interested in helping! The appointments that are made to rectify are hardly ever adhered to, they don’t turn or are late if they do turn up! The directors couldn’t care less either and just fob you off! Someone should be make them accountable for the horrendous quality and appalling customer service!

Avant homes and their staff have been absolutely amazing. Any issues are resolved very quickly and would like to mention Paul Anderson, who has been very crucial in completing some small issues. Everything has been completed and I am settled in my new home very well. Would recommend Avant to any contractor looking to contract building works especially for new homes. All the staff have been truly amazing from Site Managers to Builders such as Paul. Thank you to everyone :-)

Sending the biggest Thank You to Laura, Mick and Zoe who look after Furlough Park Doncaster. I could not wish for better team of people who make buying your home so nice and easy. Nothing ever was a problem, they went over and beyond anything that I could expect. They helped me with literally everything as a single person. They made the whole process so easy and they were here by every step of my journey for me, no ask were ever too big for them. I'm lost for words to express my 🙏 to the 3 of you. Can't thank you enough for everything that you have done and I am so happy that I was so lucky to cross paths with you all.

Very helpful customer services team and try to help with problems that you’d expect from a new building.

Very helpful service. Layout of houses are too small. Bedrooms in the show room do not have room for storage or wardrobes. Lack of space for gardens, kitchen space and nowhere to put a dinning room table.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Sales Management were amazing, the communication & support was great. Sales advisors were fab, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about the experience they were providing. The process from first stepping into the sales office to date has been a pleasure. Customer care have been fantastic, especially Lyndsey. The response times to deal with any issues we had, have been outstanding, you can tell when someone has a passion for what they do and that was clear with Lyndsey. The site manager Jak has been great, pushing his team to complete outstanding issues and always on hand if needed. We still have a few issues outstanding but I am very confident they will be resolved to the standard we have received so far. Love the house, Love Avant - I couldn't recommend them more.

Still no improvement from Avant Elliot Place - over a year of living here and still a joke, outer building issues, not their problem, poor panelling fitting causing drafts and freezing homes not their issue… street lighting WOW we got it other month, road and pavements… only just starting to construct the pavements, waiting 8 months for new flooring to be sealed in both toilet/ bathroom due to a leek, which has now occurred again, sote manager informed, housing informed NO ONE CARES now resulting in black mold upstairs and now coming through onto the kitchen roof… guess who's going tl be paying for that. I am not happy.Absolutely disgusting, appalling company/ housing development full of cowboys and no to little brain cells who dont give two hoots.Worst place. Its a hell hole and i cant wait to be able to pit a sale sign up already.Useless people allowing people to live in poor unhealthy conditions!

Covid was a real wake up. Building finish was and still is appalling. Told by a Building manager I bought an old Building and had to put up with the rustic look.3 years on..no help recognition. I have holes in walls and bad mastic and cement. Inside is poor workmanship. Last home and so so hurt.
