TrustpilotTerrible after care.
They will do anything to get you to move in and make a lot of promises. Once you are in they don’t care and the after care is disgusting. I would strongly advise but to go with avant. Our experience moving into our new house has been extremely stressful,

TrustpilotJackton Green
Cannot fault the service that we received from Jaqueline and the site managers at Jackton Green. From inception to aftercare, they have been nothing but helpful, friendly and delivered a beautiful home for my family. Any small issue that we have had with the house has been fixed within a couple of days and all of the people have been very respectful of our home. We would highly recommend buying a home on this site as the homes have been built to a very high standard. We were moved in on the agreed date and we’re given a very detailed demonstration of the house. And have subsequently had very few snagging issues. Thanks to Jacqueline and Alex for making moving home so easy!

TrustpilotI visited Bradley point, Jessica was great.
I visited Bradley point. Main positive was Jessica, the sales lady that showed us around. On time, very helpful and friendly. Houses we viewed though were very small compared to expectations. Even in a four bedroom house the living rooms were tiny. If you swung a cat in there you’d definitely bash it on the walls. 😬

TrustpilotFriendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful
We had an extremely warm welcome from Julie at the Wilbur Chase development marketing suite. She was very knowledgeable, and gave us a lot of very useful accurate, information in a very professional way. She took the time and trouble to show us around the site and gave us a guided tour of all the available properties. She referred us to the website which contained the most up to date information on the development, and before we had returned home, she emailed us with a resume of our visit and a short precis on each of the houses we discussed. We have all the information we need to make a decision on our future.

TrustpilotGreat customer service
Lyndsey and Lucy have made the experience of reserving our plot run very smoothly. Their expertise and friendly nature has helped us feel comfortable and confident in all aspects of our build so far. We are very excited to get into our new property as soon as possible now.

TrustpilotSunderland - Wellington park
Just want to start off by saying that our experience with the Sunderland team has been fantastic. We decided to buy a property on the wellington park site just over a month ago and the service for the turn around has been exceptional especially at this time of year so close to Christmas. I would just like to mention that Louise and Rebecca have gone above and beyond to help us through this sale and to get it turned around in such a short space of time with always being contactable keeping us in the loop with the whole process. This is the first time we have bought a new build and can honestly say I would recommend. Not only have they helped with the sale and paper work they have been very understanding of our situation and made everything that little bit easier going above and beyond to get it all completed. They gave us time to view and attend the property when ever we needed for measurements and visits and made sure we had a walk around with the on site manager to discuss the house to its entirety. They both have worked so hard to find us our dream home and I highly recommend them. They truly are a hard working team. Thank you so much.

TrustpilotVery professional - Allenson View
From the moment we made an enquiry, Mel has been very helpful & went above & beyond to show us a variety of properties. Nothing was too much trouble & she was really informative. A very positive experience where we have felt very looked after & important to her. Other home builds should take note of this customer service as we’ve not had this level of service anywhere else. Just need to sell so we can secure our dream home!

TrustpilotBrompton Mews
We have just moved into our property at Brompton Mews. Peter our sales advisor has been incredibly supportive throughout, knowledgeable and detailed orientated, we are so grateful for all his help. We have found Peter and the team to be really responsive when we had little questions. Our home was completed on time and to a high standard, we are very happy and get to spend Christmas in our new home! Thank you Peter, Gary and the team.

TrustpilotReserved at Allenson View, East Rainton
Just reserved a property at Allenson View, West Rainton. Mel has been fantastic throughout the process. She has been very patient, thoughtful and caring towards our disability needs. She ensured that we understood everything that was presented. Mel made herself available for us to revisit the site as and when necessary and answered questions even if we had already asked them previously. She was very presentable, pleasant and polite at all times and nothing was a bother.

TrustpilotPositive experience, great aftersales at Bradley Point
I would recommend AVANT as builders, there was some minor hiccups when purchasing which were discussed and sorted, however the aftersales team (Michelle) has been especially great. We didnt have anything major on our snagging list thankfully, however the team has dealt with everything accordingly and we feel well looked after. We love our home, the estate is lovely - overall it has been a very good experience.

TrustpilotGreat Experience at Vanbrugh Gate - Julie
Currently waiting for our completion date at Vanbrugh Gate and Julie has been so so supportive and welcoming to us as first time buyers. She has helped us more than she knows, and the rest of the team have been really friendly and approachable. Thank you to everyone at Avant, Vanbrugh Gate!

TrustpilotPoor sales team and attitude at Brompton Mews
I did not like the way I was spoken to by the salesman, he was quite abrupt and talked down to me when discussing the extras package. The package we had previously been offered had been withdrawn and apparently would not be offered so we cancelled our purchase and will now look elsewhere.

TrustpilotVanbrugh Gate...helpful staff and team.
The sales team on Vanbrugh Gate, especially Julie, have been excellent. They have gone above and beyond their normal activity to help us to move to our new home. The site manager (Jason) is very helpful and has ensured the house has been accessible throughout, despite having restricted space on site and tight turnaround deadlines. Can't fault the team at Vanbrugh Gate.

TrustpilotGreat experience at Vanbrugh Gate
Thanks so much to Julie at Vanbrugh Gate! She guided us through the whole process and kept us calm, answering our every need and making sure the move happened as smoothly as possible, given that we were a complex chain. She was honestly the loveliest person we could have hoped to have had on our side. Our house itself is beautiful and on a great plot. The site manager, Jason, has been very helpful, and we are hopeful that our minor snag list will be dealt with swiftly. Thanks, Avant!

TrustpilotWe met Bella at Summerville Village…
We met Bella at Summerville Village last week. We turned up with no appointment but she went above and beyond to talk through what was available and even managed to get us back for an appointment to show us inside a home the same day. She explained everything so clearly and reassured us when we were having a bad day after making a life changing decision. She found us the perfect plot for us and our needs. The support since has been great too, she has kept us updated every step of the way so far. Thank you!

TrustpilotGreat service at the Summerville site!
Reserved a plot on the Summerville Village development and due to move in this week. I originally dealt with Angela who was brilliant and helped me find the perfect plot. I now deal with Bella the sales advisor who has also been amazing throughout. Answered all my questions and has been supportive every step. Always super friendly and helpful during meetings and is always at the end of the phone when needed.I was also recommended to use their solicitors on their panel - Jackson’s law and I’m so glad I did! I know most people don’t usually have great things to say about their solicitors but I can’t fault them at all. Daniel especially has been a saviour. No question is too much hassle and he has reassured me through every step.As stressful as selling and buying a house is, Bella & Daniel have made it so much better and the added reassurance has really helped. Can’t wait to move into my new home hopefully this week!

TrustpilotI recently had a technician called…
I recently had a technician called Laura who came to fix items on my snagging list. Laura's comms were second to none and she did her job to a high standard. Upon entry to my home Laura commented that the hallway was cold. She quickly noticed that the door was misaligned and fixed that for me, just because she could. Thanks so much!

TrustpilotOur experience with sales advisor…
Our experience with sales advisor Angela at Copper Gardens was very positive. Angela is a credit to Avant. She was helpful, friendly , efficient and knowledgeable. Whilst we missed out on the property we were wanting it was a pleasure to deal with Angela. Our only negative aspect with Avant was that there was no local show homes to view which did impact on our decision.
