Went to visit Avant Homes, at Copper Gardens, Ingleby Barwick and we spoke to Angela at the Show Home Sales Reception.Angela was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and provided lots of useful information, but not in a pushy way but in a genuine fashion. We were very impressed with her approach and attitude.

Our visit to Avant Homes was made very pleasant by the warm welcome of the regional sales advisor Lewis Simms who was very friendly and approachable he gave us lots of good, neccessary information clearly explained without needing to ask. The viewing of potential new homes was also explained in detail, well worth the visit & recommended.

Not one for reviews really but I wanted to do a special shout out to Peter at the Brompton mews site!From start to finish Peter (sales) has been amazing with both myself and my husband. We were very anxious coming into buying our new home and there was so much information to get our heads around but Peter was always on hand reassuring and going through everything each step of the way! If we had any queries he was on hand and always came back to us! Peter.. thank you so much for getting us through these past 7/8 months! You made this process as stress free as possible for us! Laura is excellent at her job at Avant Homes. Her workmanship is of top quality and no job is too small. Laura is lovely, kind, easy to get along with whilst still being professional. Laura will do anything to help. She has completed numerous snagging issues for us and over the last 12 months and she has really changed my perception of Avant. Caroline at customer services has also been amazing. She has been out to our house with Laura on a couple of occasions and she works so hard to get any issues sorted as soon as possible. She is friendly whilst staying professional and so helpful. Both Laura and Caroline have really changed my perception of Avant Homes.

If you are researching houses to buy from Avant Homes, think twice, don't buy it. You will be well looked after, you will be in love with the showcase houses but they won't talk about how stressful it is after you move. They don't solve your biggest problems. I'm going into the second year since we got the keys and I'm still waiting for someone to fix a leak in the bathroom. Just as several neighbors have been waiting for repairs for over a year. This is ridiculous.

I cannot rate Peter enough, he ran through everything with such detail and ensured we fully understood everything every step of the way. We would call in and see him most weeks and he never made us feel unwelcome, he always had a smile and was always willing to answer whatever questions we had. The whole process was seamless. We are now in our home and absolutely love it!

So delighted that we decided to visit the site and reserve our plot back in October. We had the best support throughout and that continues now that we are in. The process was made easy and everyone at Avant that we have met and spoke to have been amazing! Special mention to Jacqueline who has been fantastic. Always at the other end of the phone giving support and taking away any worries we had. It’s great that we can still see her on site for a while longer! We moved in days before Christmas, with the team doing everything to get us into our new home. The finish of the home is great and finished to a high standard. We have been booked in to go over any snagging, which is minimal. The development itself is lovely and already meeting new neighbours. We are extremely happy with our Avant home and would highly recommend Jackton Green.

From start to finish the sales advisor Georgia Taylor at Croftside Quarter been amazing. She never failed to answer any questions we asked, even if she did not the answer she went out of her way to find someone who did. She has always made us feel welcome and greeted us with a friendly smile - we even got a Christmas card from her on completion which was a lovely personal touch!Couldn’t recommend enough :-)

Lesley the sales person is always friendly, polite, welcoming and helpful, she guided us through the available choices and was supportive throughout. She communicated clearly and effectively with us so that we always new what actions we needed to take and how the build of our new home was progressing. Once we received the keys the onsite team were very good at sorting out a few of the initial problems. Lesley always stops for a chat when she is out and about on the development and always asks if everything is ok. 5 stars for her customer service.

Unsure of the young Avant girls name, she was lovely & informative. On showing the property I was interested in which I was happy with 2 gentleman appeared I presume the lovely one was the site manager & the other one was a workman. Lovely house but got to give it a think before I make a decision. 100% score

From the initial enquiry with Vicky it took 12 weeks to move into a wonderful house on Brompton Mews . Peter just couldn’t have been more helpful,so the move was easy ( even a few days before Christmas). Gary and his team on site pulled out all the stops to get us moved in time to put the Christmas tree up !The house has lived up to all the build expectations and more.

We have recently purchased and moved into our potential forever home with Avant at Brompton Mews. After having a new build in the past with a different company, I was skeptical, but I had no reason to be.Right from the very beginning, our sales advisor Peter has been fantastic and still is. He goes above and beyond to assist in every aspect of our house buying journey from last minute changes to general concerns and enquires. No task seems to phase him and we are always greeted with a smile. I left the review for a short period after moving in to my new property to assess the standard of the aftercare, due to other reviews. I can say that even after the sale we are having a positive experience with Avant and hopefully it continues whilst we finalise our minor snags from an overall well built property.
