These amazing reviews are all about how nice and helpful the sales staff are....that is why they are employed as sales staff.I need to know about the build quality and how the company responds when there are snagging problems or worse...and all the sales staff have moved on to the next project.

We visited the Cotchett Village development this morning, we weren’t sure what we were looking for but Louise and Patricia listened to our thoughts and needs and could not have been more welcoming or helpful, making us feel valued but not pressured. When it comes to site sales advisors, some other developers should take note!

Really helpful and friendly Frankie at Greenlocke Place Leeds. Looking forward to getting into our new home. Get in nice and early to be able to add extra's. We got in after our new home was to far along so unable to customise asuch as we like. But that a choice we make not their fault.

After sales customer service is shockingly bad! 2 years of fighting for snagging issues to be rectified! Lie after lie from them. Calls and emails ignored. Appalling attitude from customer services team. Such a shame as we love our home and the area we live in, and would have otherwise been very happy! It must cost them more money paying customer services staff to fight with you than if they just fixed the issues. Extremely poorly run company!

After going around all the newbuild houses in the area for over a year, my partner and I fell in love with a style of house on the Radfords Meadow site in Leeds. Louise was the first face we saw and spoke to and was she was so friendly and helpful. Every time we rang Louise or called up on a busy weekend when she was snowed under, she always made sure she had time for us and helped us with any questions and queries we had. On completion and receiving the keys, the whole Avant team on site were very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. The site managers, Brett and Matt have called in several times to check everything is ok and to see if there is anything they can help with. Any issues we’ve had have been rectified straight away, and any that can’t be sorted there and then are dealt with in good time. Nothing is too much for Brett or Matt and it’s really good to know that we have them around to assist us. To say they all have very stressful jobs with hundreds of customers to deal with, along with Louise too, they always have smiles of their faces and it shows that customer satisfaction is their number one priority! Thank you guys, we are in love with our new home, and we couldn’t have done it without you! Could not recommend you enough to everyone!

Absolute scumbags. They refuse to finish the Balfour park estate in newcraighall despite it being completed years ago. Excuse after excuse. Get customers money then it’s a big f you. No avant customer would ever deal with them for a 2nd time
