After a very nice introduction and promises of endless help and assistance, once my NHBC survey (Which you cannot amend until a new survey 9 months later) was completed, suddenly they began to be difficult and hard to work with. The head of my development's customer service was rude, dismissive and manipulative, they have done and said anything and everything they can to avoid responsibility and refuse to properly look into my problem, simply saying it's my fault while feeding me incorrect dates and times among other things. If you are a person that requires regular assistance from the customer service of Avant Homes, avoid them at all costs!

Caroline was fantastic throughout the whole process; from walking into the sales office to completion, nothing was ever too much for her. Before speaking to Caroline, we had reserved a house elsewhere and if it wasn't for the care she shown from the moment we walked in, we would have proceeded elsewhere. She is a real asset to your company and should we ever need to move; we will be be seeking her services again.

I bought a new home from this company then called Bett Homes in 2000. Now in 2024 I need to spend at least £10,000 on. No not a new kitchen but on badly eroded external brickwork mortar with hundred of holes that go through to the cavity. Roof valleys and verges, mortar erosion. And in hidden roof spaces ie over bay windows and hallway, no insulation. and a conspiracy of silence from NHBC and a Avant Homes, your NEW BUILD HOME may be next. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

My wife and I have had several conversations and met with Lewis Simms at Avant Homes, Ambretone Park development in Green Hammerton. Lewis has been approachable, professional and polite in his dealings with us. He is currently going that extra mile to help us put together a package to assist us in purchasing a new home. There has been no pushy selling and a lot of transparency on how Avant Homes like to work and deal reasonably with their customers. We haven't yet finalised our purchase, but I have every confidence that Lewis will do everything possible to make this happen.

I’m in the process of buying a new build in Catterick.I’m currently engaging with Vicki Phelps from avant and she has been fantastic.
