GoogleFrom start to finish the Monmouth team have been nothing but professional, when assisting with our purchase. The were always accommodating with our request for many property visits for measuring and arrangement of building works. To be told they helped out getting a tricky sale/purchase over the line better than the other agent selling our property. In summary highly recommended and cannot fault. Many thanks.

GoogleThe Archer & Co team at Chepstow office had been incredibly supportive throughout the process. There have been some ups and downs during the journey with loosing our first sale early on through no fault of the agent and it didn’t take long before we sold again. The team provided confidence in the house valuation and presented a professional quality advert which soon attracted buyers through the doors. They all had hands on approach, no silly question was a problem, we were kept up to date with the progress. We cannot thank enough for the drive to make it happen for us. We would highly recommend and are grateful to the whole team especially Kerry, Tracey, Lisa, Katie and Kelly. They were all part of our journey and we wouldn’t be in our dream home if it wasn’t for their continued commitment and care. A big thank you from Martina and Glyn

GoogleI dealt with Briony who was very professional and easy to deal with from the start. Making the process relatively easy and kept me in the loop with feedback etc. A couple of frustrations with the Manning service was there seemed to be a lack of communication between colleagues internally. I would agree to complete a viewing myself, and a viewer would turn up, happened on a couple of occasions. There were also times where 2 viewings turned up at the same time, thankfully I was able to do both. Not major in the grand scheme of things but definitely room for improvement.
