We cannot praise Archer & Co with Abbie Drew (Monmouth) highly enough. They provided an excellent service - professional and supportive - throughout the whole process of selling our house. When the house was first put on the market, we liked their policy for the whole office-based team come out on an initial visit so that they can have a picture in their minds of the house they are selling. Communication throughout the year that our house was on the market was excellent. The process of negotiating with the buyer and the post-offer communications were efficient and we had confidence that our best interests were always looked after. Finally, during the stressful stage towards the end of the house sale, when various issues arose, we felt supported and always felt able to call in for a reassuring chat or telephone for advice. Abbie and Richard were just brilliant - we couldn't have been in better hands and we highly recommend them. We should also mention Catherine Felton-Blyth (Sales Progressor) who especially supported us during the difficult time around exchange and completion dates - she was superb.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t recommend Archer & Co with Abbie Drew highly enough. From the very start, I had complete confidence in Abbie’s market appraisal and local knowledge. She was refreshingly realistic about the marketing price of my home rather than trying to entice me with an inflated figure, something I really appreciated. Over the nine months my house was on the market, we agreed three sales, and throughout, I built a trusting relationship with Abbie and the whole team. Their communication, support, and persistence were second to none. A special thank you to Richard, Sophie and Martin who helped me find the perfect new home, their help and patience made a big difference during a sometimes stressful process. And huge thanks to Catherine, who handled the sales progression so smoothly. She was brilliant at navigating the legal side of things and keeping everything moving forward. What a team! They sold our house quicker than we thought possible. Abbie was spot on with her knowledge and understanding. Richard was wonderful setting us up with viewings he thought would be a good fit. Martin who took us around was informative and made us really relaxed. It was a bit of a stressful situation with 3 of us in the chain, I had very little communication from my solicitor but thankfully I had No.86 who were always one step ahead, chasing up everything and giving me regular (and sometimes daily) updates.
