We were hosted brilliantly by Sophie - she was knowledgable, professional and honest. She was also very friendly and helped with all our questions. We are new to the area and Sophie's advice about villages and towns nearby was perfect, and she followed up with sending me details as she had promised.

We sold our house and bought our new house through No. 86 and can't recommend them enough. Ryan who did the viewings is absolutely lovely, knows his stuff and so helpful. Meg in the office always answered our 100s of questions with clarity and patience. Katie and Matthew were always honest, helpful and we feel were thorough and professional but extremely approachable. We couldn't be more grateful or recommend them more, thank you for everything!

Excellent and prompt service at a time when the market was highly charged to beat a stamp duty change. The sale, preceeded by a short term rental, were both carried out very professionally and successfully completed ahead of the 31 March 2025 deadline. All parties delighted.

Run from this letting agency as far as you can. I have been letting shared accommodation for over decade but this letting agency is the worst and discriminatory with no interest in tenants. Their solution for sorting out problems is to get rid of tenants. They do not care at all.

No.86 recently sold my property in Manselton, from beginning to end they were so professional and on the other end of the phone when ever I needed them.
