I made tge decision to move to Wales and I was looking for a specific type of property. I had booked to see a house that on paper met my requirements. I booked an appointment to see my now new home on a whim. I did 4 visits and was greeted by a well presented, knowledgeable and friendly person from Archer & Co. After my final visit, I popped into the office to put an offer on the house. It was a Saturday and Ben was on holiday. He did take time out over the weekend to liaise with the seller and negotiate on my behalf. It was a straight forward process and my offer was accepted on the Monday. It was a relatively straightforward process to exchange contracts and the office kept the keys until I was able to pick them up. The welcome gift box which I was given was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend Archer & Co. It was a fantastic customer experience.

Our experience with Archer & Co could not be any more pleasant than it was! Valuation: Ben was available at short notice and came extremely prepared. Explained everything to me in plain language so I could understand the process and the valuation price etc. He has managed my expectations and reassured me! Marketing: Maddie has liaised with us re photographer, brochure and the listing and gosh was she a star ⭐️ She was patient and listened to our wishes and suggestions. She has even posted me the copy of the brochure so I can keep it ☺️ the photographer was absolutely brilliant! Professional and very good at his job! The pictures turned out amazing! Viewings and Sale: James oh James! What a lovely gentleman! He was attentive, patient, professional and funny! The efficiency, reliability and attention to detail was just amazing! To be honest never really got to deal with this office,enquired about a vacant property within quite a substantial rental price send several emails to determine a viewing,however received ne response what so ever,emailed throughout several days,whilst said property was vacant and still being advertised,didn't receive not even 1 email of acknowledgement,attempted to call to nobavail and received answer phone l,yet still no feedback or returned call,yesterday the property was removed from listing's as no longer available,spoke to the office and finally managed to speak to another agent and not rhian? Who was supposed to be point of both email and phone contact for said property,explained complete situation and very poor communication and response,agent agreed with me that it was not acceptable,and would get rhian to ring me back within time scale of closing,yet surprisingly didn't receive no call back,it would appear that property was infact offered to a known associate of rhians of which I have found out myself told yesterday by agent that she would get a priority call back from rhian to see if my requirements could be offered something else yet no call a 2000pcm,property with grounds and stables and a large spacious family home,yet appalling conduct of the said property manager rhian Race course farm,llanfoist advertised with 2000pcm longterm,and required income of 51000 per annum of which I fully met being a professional earning a annual income of 55+ per annum,guess rhians associate wasa better option, Let's just hope the actual owners are given the service they pay for with rhian managing property,atheist an apology wouldn't of been a big thing to ask!!!

Archer & Co are leagues above other estate agents in the area. Abbie, Ben, Maria and Rhi are all wonderful people to deal with and go beyond what you’d normally expect. We had a lot of interest in a particularly property and were given courtesy calls to update us on how the offer received and we any promise of following up with us was always fulfilled in time. This is in contrast to Peter Alan and Yopa who literally never turned up or actually answered the phone when trying to ring in. All of this besides, we sold our flat through Archer & Co and we can’t recommend them enough!
