Currently in the process of purchasing my first home (offer accepted!) and Archer and Co have been super helpful and really quick whilst offers were being made, Lauren in particular has been my main point of contact and made the whole process really simple and efficient, taking numerous calls from myself throughout the day and getting back to me the moment there was any news, Lauren in particular was really friendly and somehow made the process that I thought would be boring and tedious quite hilarious and fun! 5 stars so far and thanks again to the team for making the whole thing a walk in the park.

Daisy came out to view our home last week Thursday to value it and to discuss the selling process, after no more than a quick look round she explained that we would receive an email later that day with all the information required to make a decision about using them to sell our home. It has now been a week and we have received nothing! Daisy not only came across as unprofessional on the day but has just proved it further we will not be using Archer & Co to sell our home or for the purchase of a new home.

If you are thinking of selling a house in Monmouthshire I highly recommend Archer and Co. We received fantastic customer care from Alex and his sales team. At the end of 2022 I inherited a property from a relative. After due consideration I engaged the services of Archer & Co to take the property to market. However, the general economy took a downturn and the property market followed suit. But the staff at Archer & Co rose to the challenge and kept me updated to market conditions. They arranged and managed viewings, provided prompt and comprehensive feedback, advised on appropriate actions in response to changing conditions and assisted with day-to-day issues that can arise with empty properties.
