I dealt with Briony who was very professional and easy to deal with from the start. Making the process relatively easy and kept me in the loop with feedback etc. A couple of frustrations with the Manning service was there seemed to be a lack of communication between colleagues internally. I would agree to complete a viewing myself, and a viewer would turn up, happened on a couple of occasions. There were also times where 2 viewings turned up at the same time, thankfully I was able to do both. Not major in the grand scheme of things but definitely room for improvement.

My experience ended up being very positive, thanks entirely to the hard work and dedication of Deborah Cundill‑Houghton (Debbie). We’ve just completed on our sale with Mannings after almost seven months, and it was an extremely stressful process due to one solicitor in the chain who was, quite frankly, a nightmare. If it hadn’t been for Debbie’s honesty, practical approach, and determination, I don’t believe it would have completed at all. Despite clearly juggling many stressed clients, Debbie always made me feel like I was the only person she was supporting. The conveyancing process can be incredibly overwhelming, but she guided me through barrier after barrier with patience, reassurance, and clear communication. By the end, I genuinely felt like I’d made a friend. We worked through some very challenging circumstances together, and I can’t thank her enough for getting us over the line. Debbie is a real trooper who will work her socks off for her clients and is a huge asset to Mannings. Highly recommended.

We were happy with the service we received. Rochelle and Gemma were absolutely brilliant at chasing the other parties in the chain and keeping the process going. Briony and the rest of the team were also very good at keeping us up-to-date with interest in our property and booking viewings. The initial valuation was 12% higher than the price we eventually sold for so probably prolonged the process, but this was in line with what other EAs in the area recommended

We are about to complete the sale of our house, the team have been brilliant from initial valuation, through to this point. After a fall through of a sale, they supported us very quickly to get resold so we wouldn't lose the house we are moving to. We recently sold our house through the Pudsey branch with the help of Debbie and she has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. We did a few viewings through this office when we were trying to find somewhere to buy and Debbie always ensured we could view at days and times that suited us (even on really short notice a few times) so we appreciated that. She provided us with feedback really quickly when we had viewings on our house and at points throughout the whole process was the only person I was able to get hold of and get updates from. The process from start to finish was quite a long and stressful one at times but knowing Debbie was dealing with our sale made that side of things much easier. My interactions with the other staff members were also always really positive and helpful so I definitely wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use this branch again in the future. Thank you!!

We bought our house through Mannings back in 2011 and were really impressed so when it came to selling the house nearly 15 years later we chose Mannings to sell for us as well. They were just great from the outset. Everything was done promptly and just how we wanted it to be. They were friendly and professional throughout and have supported our buyer from the moment they made the offer to the completion of our sale. Debbie is an asset to the company, going above and beyond to make sure the chain was maintained throughout, guiding us through any questions and concerns we had and even doing some printing for us when our printer broke down at home. I recently moved to a house near Ross-on-Wye. Conveyancing was coordinated by the team from the Monmouth office. My purchase was in quite a long chain and there were one or two complications agreeing a completion date. The uncertain is around this were handled very competently by the conveyancing team. I found all staff members friendly and approachable. I viewed the property twice and had no problem organising either visit. Staff at the Ross office are very friendly and pleasant. Overall, I would recommend Archer & Co quite highly.

Having never previously sold a property through the Auction Process at first I was very hesitant, but my fears were short lived.
