GoogleArchers have a fabulous team who supported us from day one through to selling our house. The team in the office, particularly Lauren-Joy, were efficient, comunicated on a regular basis and were super enthusiastic in their approach. Even after selling, Catherine, our Sales progressor, ensured the process kept moving forward and regularly updated us. GoogleWe had a viewing that ended up being a bulk viewing on Sunday with the lovely Mel. She was very helpful, informative and any questions she didn't have the answers for she made a note to ask. Despite there being quite a few people looking we didn't lack for her attention or feelings under serviced and she made sure to include everyone around when giving out information.

Hi Mick, As you weren’t the executor of the property, we weren’t legally able to provide updates. However, please be assured you were not ignored at any stage, we simply directed you to the correct channel for communication. The surveyor would have been from an external company, not our own, and I’m sorry if you thought we were not helpful. Ben and the Pudsey team.

GoogleVery disappointing experience. During the purchase of our new home, I specifically asked the estate agents to make sure the seller cleaned the property and removed all rubbish before completion. Unfortunately, when we collected the keys, the house was left in a terrible state. It was very dirty, with rubbish left throughout the property, and the bins were completely full of construction waste. The council refused to collect the bins because they contained building materials, leaving us to deal with the mess and the cost of disposing of it ourselves. This caused us unnecessary stress and expense at what should have been an exciting time. I expected much better communication and a higher standard of service, especially after raising my concerns in advance.

GoogleThe service I received from this agency was extremely poor. The agent was consistently rude, dismissive, and neglectful throughout my tenancy. I was provided with a broken fridge from the start, which meant I could not store my food properly. Despite reporting the issue repeatedly, the agency failed to fix the problem for seven months and kept passing responsibility from one person to another until the tenancy ended. Their communication was unhelpful, unprofessional, and showed no concern for the impact this had daily living. They focused only on surface‑level matters and offered no real support when it was genuinely needed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

GoogleCurrently in the process of purchasing my first home (offer accepted!) and Archer and Co have been super helpful and really quick whilst offers were being made, Lauren in particular has been my main point of contact and made the whole process really simple and efficient, taking numerous calls from myself throughout the day and getting back to me the moment there was any news, Lauren in particular was really friendly and somehow made the process that I thought would be boring and tedious quite hilarious and fun! 5 stars so far and thanks again to the team for making the whole thing a walk in the park.
