GoogleAbsolutely fantastic. As we live abroad we though that selling a UK property would become a nightmare however All Wales team were fantastic. We were kept informed at every single stage. They worked tirelessly to prepare our property for Auction however due to their fantastic marketing skills they secured a sale before the Auction date. I can honestly say they are the best company I've ever dealt with full stop.

However, the general economy took a downturn and the property market followed suit. But the staff at Archer & Co rose to the challenge and kept me updated to market conditions. They arranged and managed viewings, provided prompt and comprehensive feedback, advised on appropriate actions in response to changing conditions and assisted with day-to-day issues that can arise with empty properties. With their help, professional approach, and tenacity we reached a successful sale in a relatively short space of time. A big thank you to all the staff and I highly recommend their services.

GoogleFrom day one Archer and Co were on the ball and always chasing our sale and purchase. I cannot fault them. Patrick has always been in touch and making sure we're ok. Gill chased solicitors and estate agents up until the last point. Thoroughly recommend.
