Positive: Isaac who's on the site is very helpful, patient and committed to helping us to arrange and follow up on the repair of defects in the house. Sarah from the Sales team is helpful and friendly as well as she's patient working and giving advice upon our move-in. Friendly site and sales team in general.Negative: The whole new building estate lacks lighting at night.
Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave this review, it was good to hear how helpful the on site team have been. As the Fairways is in a bat conservation area the amount of lighting we have been able to install has been restricted. We hope this helps explain the situation for you.

We recently moved in to one of the new builds on the The Oaks development and want to say a huge thank you to Carol for all her help. From the very beginning and throughout the purchasing process Carol was a great help and kept us constantly updated on the progress that had been made. Also a shoutout to Jake and the site team who sorted out our snags very quickly after the 4 week call and for being friendly and helpful with any questions we had when we first moved in.

Following completion of our lovely new build, we were invited to a 4 week appointment where any snags we had found were discussed and recorded. There were a number of snags found however the site managers and workers have been very helpful and the snags have now fully been resolved within a quick timeframe. Isaac, assistant site manager has been particularly helpful in organising the work needed and has been very proactive to resolve the snags and sign us off in a professional and friendly manner. We were kept informed throughout the process and are very happy with our new home.

From the moment I reserved my Anwyl home I found the whole experience very organised and professional. Gyllian kept me updated on the build along the way and whenever I had a query was only too happy to deal with it. She took time to explain in great detail about the plot and when I came to my choices appointment was full of great advice . After we moved in there were some minor snags which Shaun dealt with speedily with the assistance of Paul and Mark. I’m very pleased with the quality of the build and would highly recommend Anwyl. Many thanks to a great team at Edenhurst Grange !

I have been in my pulford home on The Fairways estate in Hand forth for the last 8weeks. I had the smoothest journey from the first visit to site just over 9months ago. I have dealt with Helen, Alex and Sarah and Carl in the sales office, they’ve all been very helpful ,informative patient and welcoming throughout my several visits to the sales office .Carl have been very helpful in the past few weeks when I had some difficulties The house itself was pretty perfect, yes there were few issues was dealt immediately by Issac {the great man} .every time you ring him, he is there with a helping hand and smile on his face Nothing is too much trouble for him .very committed person .Anwyl homes are lucky to have him as an employee Only one thing I would like Anwyl to look into would be outdoor lighting due to the fact that I am at the edge of site with a passage and fields in front of the house and at night the whole cul-de-sac is pitch black which does make me feel a little vulnerable. also the house is facing to a road where there are many people walking around .Hopefully Anwyl will look in to things and solve the problem .Also I would recommend that the outside of the house presentation can be improved too Overall I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Anwyl Homes to anyone considering buying a new build home. they are nice houses .

Streetlights and their locations are part of our planning application and we are not able to erect them in locations not previously agreed. That said, not all planned streetlights or lighting bollards are in situ as yet so it might be worth checking with the sales team if one is due to be erected near your home. I’d like to thank the sales team at Anwyl Homes Holmes Chapel. Alex Helen and Tom have been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I would recommend Anwyl to anyone. The house is beautiful and exactly as described at point of sale. The team have been so helpful and honest. Their Completion date estimate was spot on to the day. Baring in mind how hard it is to get good skilled trades these days, we are extremely impressed. Great job guys! Bravo!!

We have been in our Oakmere home on The Fairways estate in Handforth for 6 weeks. We have honestly had the smoothest journey from the first visit to site just over a year ago. We’ve dealt with Helen, Alex, Will and Sarah in the sales office, they’ve all been incredibly helpful, patient and welcoming throughout our numerous visits to pop in to the show home ‘again!’Despite being told we’d be in by the end of September we never really believed it, having been endlessly warned that you never get in a new build on time! We were in bang on time. The house itself was pretty perfect, yes there were a handful of issues but nothing of any great importance and Gaz and Isaac and their wider team were always on hand to arrange for contractors to get in to sort the snags out. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Only one thing we would like Anwyl to look into would be outdoor lighting due to the fact we are at the edge of site with a passage and fields in front of us and at night the whole cul-de-sac is pitch black which does make us feel a little vulnerable. Overall we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Anwyl Homes to anyone considering buying a new build home. We couldn’t be happier!HOWEVER, PLS, the solicitors Anwyl recommend who we used for both our sale and purchase have been absolutely terrible, very unprofessional, careless and difficult to communicate with. Avoid at all costs! Thank you to everyone we’ve dealt with at Anwyl.

I am so pleased with the services provided by Will Waterworth and Issac. Will is the sales representative who gave us immediate support and clear explanation whenever needed. Issac is the person in charge at the site who helped with fixing all the issues after the completion of our property. He is so nice and helpful and gave us genuine support to help get all the issues sorted out.

Our experience of purchasing a new build was smooth and very straightforward. From placing deposits down from step 1 all the way through till build completion and receiving the keys. Carol in the office kept me regularly updated step by step on the build process and was a great help when selecting the interior specifcation for the kitchen and bathroom. The build quality is excellent and the site teams 4 week check after completion shows their commitment to quality assurance. The Anwyl staff were all helpful and communicated to me throughout, as was the support with the solicitors. This made the whole process seemingless throughout. I highly recommend the Anwyl team and especially the staff at the Oaks office!

Thanks to Gyllian, Paul & Shaun our first experience of buying an Anwyl home has been positive. From the first viewing with Gyllian to the sign off with Paul & Shaun we only have praise. Everything we have asked about or to be done has been answered & attended to. The house spec is the best we've had in a new home. The lads on the site were very courteous to us and our home. The site was kept clean. We would definitely recommend purchasing an Anwyl home.

Alex, Helen and Sarah at the Fairways have been incredibly helpful during the purchasing our new home. They regularly keep in touch and have been nothing but super informative and crystal clear in terms of spec, time frames etc. Very professional, polite and welcoming, couldn’t of asked for a better team of people to approach and help us with the purchasing process. You are doing a brilliant job. Now were moved into the home, very pleased with the after care. Issac has been amazing and keeping on top of our few snags (we had less than 10).

So pleased with our new home. Apart from an upset about completion date, service has been great from Ken and Stephen on-site. Snags resolved reasonably quickly (apart from waiting for our garage door to be repainted!). Good quality fittings, appliances and finish.

My experience with Anwyl Homes has been excellent.The house is great and finished to a high standard, good quality fixtures and fittings.I have been in my new home for just over a year and have had a few snags, but most are now fixed, no issues with getting them reported and dealt with. The whole process was very smooth from start to finish, and I have to thank Steph from the sales office for this, she really was and still is very helpful and nothing is to much trouble.
