What I thought would be a very stressful move was made easy with the great customer service provided. Debbie was very helpful throughout the purchasing process and on move in day Jill was absolutely great. The site manager Ian was very helpful and made sure the very few minor snags I had were fixed quickly. Absolutely happy with the build and would recommend Anwyl homes!

Hi, the purchase if the property was seamless. All the sales staff were incredibly helpful, as are the site managers. There were absolutely no problems to report when we took the keys and it was spotlessly clean. Cant’t recommend Anwyl high enough.

Need to do a full review really for all the people involved in our snags. A special thank you to Sophie who is so lovely and always responds very quickly. She has been very efficient with booking any jobs in we have and even contacts when there’s been a cancellation. Again any workmen we have had in have always been very polite and friendly and have completed the jobs to a high standard. Josh hough was the painter of a new door we required and he was so friendly clean and tidy and we love our newly painted front door couldn’t be happier with the works completed

Great work carried out by Chris Appleton today on two long outstanding snagging issues on a new build on the Fairways in Handforth. Plastering and repainting hole left in en-suit and repainting front door. Very friendly technician who did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Such a shame more attention isn’t undertaken at inspections on completion by site as taken 8 months to resolve.

This has been out first ever new build and we are very happy with the house. All problems have been fixed quickly and efficiently. As with all new builds we experienced snagging issues, most of which were due to quick installs being rushed initially. The design and layout of the house are perfect. Debbie at Crossfields was amazing throughout a very stressful move and deserves high praise. Ian has also been very attentive since the moment we moved in and made sure any problems were dealt with quickly.
