GoogleWe had a fantastic experience with Anthony Pepe. As first time buyers we always felt like there was someone on hand to answer our (many!) questions and Josh was always responsive and helpful throughout the process. The lovely bottle of wine we were gifted on completion wasn’t too bad either! Would recommend to anyone searching in the area.

GoogleA great agency and especially a great agent Josh Deacon-Holmes, who has supported us on our first purchase during a chaotic period. I've found him to be very good with the viewings we had and in representing us. He answered any of the queries we had and anything else that we needed help with he made sure to be available and assist. I recommend him and Anthony Pepe as a great agency to deal with and will hold on to their details for the future!

GoogleDespite a dreadful process (months of delay, not being able to complete the transaction on the agreed date etc), in fairness, it's not Anthony Pepe's fault, they did try their best to push things along, trying their best within their ability to try to complete on the agreed date.

GoogleMy sister and I booked two viewings with Anthony Pepe for properties 5 minutes apart. We took the bus from the first to the second property, but the agent wasn't there. We waited 15 minutes before knocking on the door, hoping he was already inside. He wasn't, but the tenant insisted on inviting us in and showed us around. It was a totally different property from the one listed on the website/on Rightmove. Afterwards, when we were waiting outside for a taxi, the agent showed up - fully 25 minutes after our appointment time. He offered no explanation for his extreme lateness, and was rude and abrupt in his manner when we pointed out it wasn't the same property. Overall we were really unhappy with the service we received. Not only was the agent himself deeply unprofessional, but his behaviour could easily have put the current tenants (all women and children) at risk of letting strangers into their house. I had planned to continue our house search via Anthony Pepe but this experience means I won't be - and will be strongly advising other women who value their safety to avoid them too. EDIT: the manager called me very apologetic and said he would email me (since I was at work) to "really dig deep and get to the bottom of what happened here". 3 days later and still no email.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleIf I could, I would give Anthony Pepe and Stephanie Stavrou 10 stars. I have been using AP for several years to manage my properties and find them professional, courteous and willing to go the extra mile to assist: nothing is too much. In particular, Stephanie and her team reduce the stress of being a landlord and makes my life a lot easier. She co-ordinates and manages any issues that may arise and makes sure that the transition between old and new tenants is seamless. In particular, negotiating with tenants for damages and bring things to happy conclusion for all.
