GoogleRichard was very professional, helpful and kind. He went out of his way to help me with completing the forms even though my issue was from a different branch, fantastic service i must confess, no question was too silly for him to answer. You do not get many people like him these days.

Google- Moved me into a flat with mold and grime - Everything is third party so no one is accountable for anything - Waited to the last moment to tell me valuable information Edit: I would like to add a year later and their service was not better to the point I moved out of the flat.
