GoogleI strongly advise against using Andrew Reeves for renting properties. My experience with them was extremely disappointing due to their lack of communication and support.
When I moved into the flat, it was not clean, and the washing machine was full of mold. Instead of addressing the issue, they told me I had to clean it myself. Throughout my tenancy, whenever there were maintenance issues, I had to chase them for weeks to get any response, if I got one at all.
Their neglect and unresponsiveness made the experience truly frustrating.

GoogleGreat! Very smooth and quick process. The letting agent, Andrew organised a virtual viewing for me as the tenant was working and I was going home to Scotland so wasn't able to attend in person. He called me the following week after I filled out the application, took the holding deposit and I agreed the let only two weeks after! Andrew even communicated with me whilst he was on vacation regarding my key collection with no hassle.

She was very friendly and professional without being pushy. Maisie and her colleague Amy made the whole process easy and explained everything clearly.
