Absolutely terrible service!!!! It has been 4 months since I vacated the property, I've concented to all the deductions but they still haven't released the deposit. I email them every week but to no avail. I request a formal complaint the results came telling me about all the dates that we exchanged emails but still no news of the deposit. This agency has to have the worst service towards tenants.

I got in contact with andrew reeves In Bromley in regards to an old certificate That was issued in 2016 that I required for a property. I was astonished when Mollie Thomas Replied within hours of my email with the information that I required in the email. It is rare for a company to support forwarding on this information as they Have lots of work to do in regards to current landlords and tenants. Me and my partner had very disappointing experience and very poor customer service from assistant manager called Greag. He unfortunately had to show us property twice and was so no interested to explain about the property he want to let, he never made a call he say he will nether email send to arrange for the meet up. Same as well he didn’t show us the garden of the houses as he needed to unlock a door saying that he don’t have a key. I must say I never ever saw any person who don’t like his job like Greag and letting people off to further cooperate processionally. I will dismiss Andrew Reeves Beckenham.
