Letting Agent : 5 Stars Molly has been one of the best if not very best letting agent I have dealt with. The two things which standout are thinking whats best / what suits the client and ownership of issue (some cases stepping out of her role to get things done). She is lined up for great things in future if she continues her focus on the client. Admin and Paper Work : 3 stars Andrew Reeves are expensive on the admin fees and non flexible on the referencing mechanism. The referencing took ages and they don't seem to understand the ground reality of seeking work references of individuals working in Multi National Companies. They have preset format for reference and are non flexible to any other formats. In spite of multiple rounds of explanations and speaking with the right people in Andrew reeves they seem to still go their way. Referencing needs to be better organised as a whole and if one wants to move in quickly please don't take chances with Andrew Reeves. Property Management : 3 stars After the move issues found at the property are taking ages to get resolved. This has taken a lot of time from myself and the letting agent to follow up and chase to get work done. Even basic issues don't seem to have quick turn around. This is area which needs huge improvement.

I am currently seeking a property to let in Beckenham and I have to say that out of all the estate agents in the whole town, Andrew Reeves is by far the superior. The professionalism and 5 star customer service showed by Greg Alliston and Rosie Baldwin has been just fantastic. Although there are limited properties available at the moment they are constantly working hard and communicating updates with me. I am very grateful and would recommend them highly.

I have a flat in my house that I rent out - it is an quirky flat in the basement so an unusual situation that Andrew Reeves of Beckenham grasped immediately. Unlike another estate agent I had already tried who after a few months had not found me a tenant, Andrew Reeves screened suitable people (single, preferably female, no pets, no kids, quiet etc etc!!) and within a couple of weeks the flat was rented out. They gave me excellent advice and have handled the whole experience in a friendly professional manner! Thank you to all of you - Kate and Jamie in particular.! I can now watch my bank balance creep up out of the red!

I dont have a major issue with Andrew Reeves, they appear to do a satisfactory job, only, they build hidden charges into everything. Every time you request something, or they are required to do a task, that you would expect from a letting company, guess what, thats going to cost you £90. Want a report, need an inspection, thats another £50.

Thank you to the staff of Andrew Reeves orpington, especially Anca Rosca who has been absolutely wonderful. We are French people with a dog and it was very difficult to find an accommodation and to deal with our requests. we were loosing hope...until we met Anca. Not only she found a perfect place to live, but she also helped us a lot with administration which is sometimes difficult for foreigners, making the rental of a property much easier for us! She also dealt very efficiently with complicated problems we had with the banks and thanks to her we have a good communication with the landlord. They made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the whole process of finding a tenant, moving them into the property and moving them out at the end of the tenancy.
