GoogleTraveled from Bournemouth to see a few properties as I am relocating to the Bromley area, popped in to Andrew Reeves in Beckenham high street, I didn't have an appointment so wasn't expecting to get a viewing, however Molly managed to fit me in and organised a viewing in Bromley, she went she out of her way to show me around the area and gave me enough details to make an informed decision, although the property was lovely I decided to go for a different one, however couldn't fail to mention what a great service I received. Well done Molly, I appreciated your efficiency and kindness! Thanks again.

GoogleThe team at Andrew Reeves Beckenham have far surpassed our expectations and provided us with a lovely home. After a tumultuous start on the property hunt with various agencies they were an astonishing breath of fresh air, they were punctual from the outset, accommodating to our hectic timetables and resoundingly patient with our endless stream of questions, which they always went above and beyond to find an answer for. They are a team that are looking out for your best interests and I would use them again in a heart beat if they hadn't already found us a marvelous home to reside in.

GoogleFantastic service. The whole team were extremely professional but personable too. Stood head and shoulders above the other agents we came into contact with. Especially impressed with Molly who was our lead agent, not enough superlatives to describe her qualities. Before wasting time with other agents I'd highly recommend Andrew Reeves as a first port of call.

GoogleWas dealt with by Molly and she was superb. Quick to act and prompt in her responses she dealt with my rental in the most professional way, I was extremely impressed.Thanks Molly! However I would like to balance this with the fact that the after service I have received from others at Andrew Reeves has been less than satisfactory. I have been waiting now for over a month to have several things fixed in the apartment and many promises but nothing gets done. C'mon Coleen can we get this sorted please

GoogleWe have been looking for a place for a few months and had a lot of requirements - good space, close to transport links, separate kitchen, parking space, garden... and after almost 3 months of searching, we found all this in a good price as well! And we loved it immediately! Molly has showed us several flats, until we finally liked & decided on this one. She was very helpful in the process and everything went well. Referencing could have been done a bit faster, but good thing we had one month until the move. From what I've seen when searching for this flat, Andrew Reeves have better options than other letting agents. But that's just our opinion! Definitely recommend! Selma & Cris

GoogleVery bad, its been to years since they managed a proper that i was renting, I paid 6 months up front, then after 3 months the landlord reduced the rental cost By £50 so she could put the house on the market, So the letting agent that was the management company should have paid me back the reduction that was offered to me in writing back, Its been over 18months and I'm still waiting after many emails etc, I would never use this company agin to rent a property from or let a property star rating is -5 i had to give then one star if i didn't it would publish my review...............

GoogleI cannot rate Andrew Reeves highly enough. I had previously let my flat through another agency and the difference in the service I received from Andrew Reeves was huge. Both James Arnold and Jack Cuthbert couldn't have been more helpful throughout the process of letting my flat. They are highly efficient and friendly and they went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly both in finding me a good tenant and in after service . It's nice to have a good local agent where you get to know the staff and build a rapport.

GoogleI moved out of parents house for first time, so was quite nervous about taking this step. I was talked through the process every step of the way and the team put my fears about agents to rest, as was well looked after from beginning to end and always knew what was needed, i feel they found me the flat that i wanted as they listened to what i was after.

GoogleLetting Agent : 5 Stars Molly has been one of the best if not very best letting agent I have dealt with. The two things which standout are thinking whats best / what suits the client and ownership of issue (some cases stepping out of her role to get things done). She is lined up for great things in future if she continues her focus on the client. Admin and Paper Work : 3 stars Andrew Reeves are expensive on the admin fees and non flexible on the referencing mechanism. The referencing took ages and they don't seem to understand the ground reality of seeking work references of individuals working in Multi National Companies. They have preset format for reference and are non flexible to any other formats. In spite of multiple rounds of explanations and speaking with the right people in Andrew reeves they seem to still go their way. Referencing needs to be better organised as a whole and if one wants to move in quickly please don't take chances with Andrew Reeves. Property Management : 3 stars After the move issues found at the property are taking ages to get resolved. This has taken a lot of time from myself and the letting agent to follow up and chase to get work done. Even basic issues don't seem to have quick turn around. This is area which needs huge improvement.

GoogleI am currently seeking a property to let in Beckenham and I have to say that out of all the estate agents in the whole town, Andrew Reeves is by far the superior. The professionalism and 5 star customer service showed by Greg Alliston and Rosie Baldwin has been just fantastic. Although there are limited properties available at the moment they are constantly working hard and communicating updates with me. I am very grateful and would recommend them highly.

GoogleI have a flat in my house that I rent out - it is an quirky flat in the basement so an unusual situation that Andrew Reeves of Beckenham grasped immediately. Unlike another estate agent I had already tried who after a few months had not found me a tenant, Andrew Reeves screened suitable people (single, preferably female, no pets, no kids, quiet etc etc!!) and within a couple of weeks the flat was rented out. They gave me excellent advice and have handled the whole experience in a friendly professional manner! Thank you to all of you - Kate and Jamie in particular.! I can now watch my bank balance creep up out of the red!

From our initial introductory meeting with Kate and subsequent dealings with Rosie, everything was carried out efficiently and quickly and a tenant at the right price was soon found for our property.
