GoogleExtremely disappointed with this company. Instead of being honest they lie and use pathetic excuses. Stay clear of Stacey. Go else where if I were you, you want to deal with professionals when you are looking to buy or rent a property & unfortunately this company is far from professional.

GoogleKarl and Lara were fantastic at every stage. I don't know Beckenham at all, but on the first phone call, Lara was very informative about the area, and was very warm and inviting. Karl made every stage he dealt with super easy and was always there when I needed to speak to him. He made the whole experience a breeze. I am very happy in my new rental property.

GoogleKarl Taylor was one of the most helpful and knowledgeable estate agents that I've had the pleasure of meeting. even though we didn't Chose one of their properties Karl was still extremely positive and helpful and I would highly recommend that anyone looking to rent a new place looks at Andrew Reeves in Beckenham first. it will save you a lot of time and hassle starting here. Definitely the most experienced estate agency we came across while looking for our new flat.

GoogleMy partner and I dealt with Connie when looking for a new property to rent and she was thoroughly helpful and took all of our needs into account. We found the perfect place to live and the process was made nice and simple by Connie and the other members of staff in Bromley. If we're ever wanting to consider other properties in the future we'll definitely make this branch our first stop.

GoogleCalled Andrew Reeves very much off the cuff simply asking for properties of our description. They quickly and effectively sorted viewings all around our timetable. Out of all the agencies that helped us Connie from Reeves was the most amiable and welcoming of them all. Yes a property sells itself but the journey is as important, Connie made sure that we had a really fun and enjoyable time during what was an action packed day of 8 viewings. From start to finish they were quick and cohesive. Big thumbs up from us if you're looking for an estate agents run with a family ethos and customer facing pride.

GoogleUnlike other Estate Agents who don't seem to care, or call back, or inform of any change in viewing dates, these guys are brilliant! They are always there and willing to answer any queries.
