GoogleI had to find a place to rent in a very short period of time, the team was very helpful and understanding of my situation and did everything they could to make sure a place was found for me in the quickest time possible. They were very professional and friendly at the same time, I would high recommend any landlord or tenants to use them.

GoogleRecently let a property through Andrew Reeves Orpington and Chloe who works for their lettings team went above and beyond to help my partner and I move into a property over the space of 48 hours, minimizing stress as much as possible and ensuring the process was a smooth and quick as possible. Picked up the keys this morning to our new place and couldn't be more thankful!! Would highly recommend anyone in the Orpington area to go see Chloe.

GoogleI moved out of my last flat due to the upstrairs property flooding, I came to Andrew Reeves in Orpington and dealt with James, who quickly helped me find a new flat and dealt with my insurance company. I moved into a new build flat on a temporary basis originally. The service I have experienced through Andrew Reeves was amazing, I love the flat and the team down there have allowed me to renew my contract with the landlord on a long term basis. Thanks a lot guys.

GoogleI have found that all the staff at Andrew Reeves are very professional, helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. They found a tenant for me and ensured that all the relevant paperwork was completed correctly and in place to enable my tenant to move into the flat on the allotted date. Any questions or queries I raised were dealt with efficiently. I would certainly recommend Andrew Reeves to anyone who has a property to let.

GoogleKarl and Lara were fantastic at every stage. I don't know Beckenham at all, but on the first phone call, Lara was very informative about the area, and was very warm and inviting. Karl made every stage he dealt with super easy and was always there when I needed to speak to him. He made the whole experience a breeze. I am very happy in my new rental property.
