GoogleKarl and Matthew had us view our house and sign the dotted line within 24 hours, both very friendly, knew all the relevant details about the house, answered all of our questions and made us a cup of tea to boot. Cheers guys, made our day, looking forward to moving in and feel like we are in very capable and trustworthy hands.

GoogleI am a landlord with a medium sized portfolio and hence I have experience of dealing with a significant number of agents. I would commend the service offered by Andrew Reeves, Beckenham and particularly Karl Taylor who has great communication skills, always calls back, always does what he says he will do. That is a rare find in this business.

GoogleFor the past 20 years, countless problems with 3 agents. Then we called Andrew Reeves. Karl Taylor was responsible to let our flat. Karl is honest, forth coming and he knows his business (No BS). He said he will find a tenant within 10 days, he did; he said he will give us competitive fees, he did; he said he will remit the tenant's money within days, he did. Call Karl...he's your man!

GoogleI recently found a property to rent through Andrew Reeves Beckenham and moved in very soon after!! I met a gentleman by the name of Karl Taylor who is the Branch Manager and I could not fault him, he was so helpful and made this process easy and stress free, he couldn't of done more for me!! Karl and his team were second to none. I would use this company over any other in Beckenham and definetly recommend!! 5 Star all the way!

GoogleWe had a lovely experience of Andrew Reeves Beckenham! From the moment we turned up at the flat for our viewing, we knew we’d be treated well. Karl was super helpful and went the extra mile to help us out. Having seen several other properties in the area and having gone through the process of buying a property, I can hand on my heart say that Karl is the best estate agent I have ever met. He’s friendly, funny, efficient and has made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Thanks also to Matthew and Lara who have also been super helpful!
