GoogleInitial contact with the front office team of James, Luke and Matt convinced me that I had finally discovered an honest and hard working estate agent. All went well for awhile until we faced serious problems with the tenant. Whilst the front office team did all they could, current legislation prevented them from being especially effective. The back office let them down badly however just at the point when I thought all was lost, in stepped Piara who grasped the problem, suggested a solution, made the solution work and convinced me that AR is indeed an organisation of exemplary integrity and seriously looks after their clients as best as is humanly possible. I am selling up and moving up north so sadly will not be able to use that fantastic team in Bromley but if asked I could not answer other than to sing their praises. Well done to the team and thanks for your supreme endeavours to overcome almost impassable obstacles with calmness, poise and an extremely high level of professionalism.

GoogleThese five stars go to Piara Ullah - if I could give ten stars I would! Our property has been managed by Andrew Reeves for four years and it was mostly a smooth experience. Unfortunately, we've had particularly difficult issues to deal with over the last few months. It was challenging to get things resolved - until Piara stepped in. Within two weeks she managed to solve our problems. She really made it her personal mission to help me and kept me updated throughout the process. Words cannot express how grateful I am for her dedicated help and support throughout! I have full confidence that our property (and us) are in good hands as long as Piara is on the case.

GoogleMr James Arnold at 'Andrew Reeves' recently assisted with legalities & paperwork wrt a Tenancy Agreement for a property I own. I found Andrew Reeves, & Mr Arnold in particular, extremely efficient, courteous & diligent. Everything was done in a timely manner at a fair price. I would gladly recommend the firm & Mr Arnold services.

GoogleOverall great experience dealing with the Andrew Reeves team in Bromley. Moving with a 2 little one's, while pregnant is no easy task and the team we're super friendly and made the whole experience as stress- free as possible.
