GoogleMy experience with Micheal at this branch was amazing before meeting him I had lost hopes of getting a house but he was so professional enough to motivate me and convince me on making refrencing on a property wich was a success in only about 24hrs I definitely recommend you guys this branch they are the best in London

GoogleA very big thank you to Karl, Matthew and Lara for finding me a delightful two bedroom rental flat in Beckenham at very short notice following the sale of my house, I had trawled most of the rental agencies in the High Street over a couple of days in search of a flat to move into quickly, which proved fruitless until thankfully the Andrew Reeves team saved the day. GoogleMr. Taylor from Andrew Reeves Lettings has been a delight to deal with. You can tell that he does his job with a Passion not only to collect a Paycheck at the end of the month. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Looking for a new home can be nerve-wracking and stressful but he made us feel so at ease and showed us our dream home. Having to rush during our Lunch Break to do the viewing he drove us back to the station which was a 20 min walk. We didn't have to ask. He anticipated our needs. I am working as a Guest Service Manager in a luxury hotel and I can assure you that this is the top service we are looking for. Wonderful!

GoogleWe recently used Andrew Reeves Beckenham to move into a new flat. While we appreciate Karl was helpful in negotiating the rent and tenancy agreement at the start the process the rest of the process was much more stressful than it needed to be. When trying to arrange a second viewing of the flat they cancelled two viewings, one with less than 20 minutes notice giving different reasons each time. Then despite requesting confirmation of the arrangements for the day we moved in they left it to the last working day before making arrangements and therefore the earliest they could arrange an inventory check was for 3pm even though we had asked for earlier as we had taken the day off work. On the day of check in we arrived at their offices at 11am to be told that the tenancy agreement was not yet ready for signing due to a mistake and therefore it had to be sent back to their off shore team for amending. When we were able to see the paperwork we noticed the deposit had been incorrectly stated as higher than agreed as the manager had failed to put the correct information on the system. We therefore had to wait around again for the offshore team to correct the mistake. This caused further delay and it wasn't until around 2.30pm when we finally completed the paperwork. Had we received a copy of the tenancy agreement in advance as requested these issues could have been solved much easier. While Lara was helpful and did the best she could on the day we had asked to receive a call from the manager to discuss the difficulties we had experienced however we have still not heard from him which is very disappointing. Given the money spent in agency fees we would have expected a much better service and would not recommend using them.

Michael was extremely helpful and was always updating us on the process of moving to the new house! If you are looking for an estate or letting agency that cares for you please don’t go further get in contact with Andrew Reeves !

GoogleKarl and his team at Andrew Reeves were fantastic from start to finish when my wife and I decided to move into our first rented property. I was initially worried the process was going to be stressful and confusing, but from the paperwork to the move the whole thing was actually completely straight forward and the worrying ended up being for nothing! We also loved our time at our rented property…so much in fact we have purchased our first flat in the same building! If you’re looking to rent in Beckenham or surrounding areas then I cannot recommend going to Andrew Reeves enough. Thanks again, Jon & Jen.

GoogleI'd like to say a massive and personal thank you to Mathew, Lara and Karl at Andrew Reeves Beckenham for their very friendly approach, professional manner and helpfulness whilst renting a property through them. They have been there every step of the way whilst renting and were able to answer any queries I had. The property was within close proximity to the office, all of the staff always stop to say hello and offer to help me and my partner with getting my babies pushchair up the stairs or help with the shopping. I would definitely recommend them. I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very happy future.

I'd like to say a massive thank you to Karl and Michael as they have been brilliant throughout the entire process. They helped me whenever I had query and have always been very kind and understanding. I will definitely be using them again when looking for my next place. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

GoogleWell worth 5 STARS. Firstly Andrew Reeves are a great Estate Agent and would them in the future and recommend to friends and family. I would like to call out Michael Babafemi and Karl Taylor as they were the people I was dealing with. They provide a fantastic customer service, very supportive, in a very friendly manner. I've had a great experience using Andrew Reeves Beckenham and they are highly recommended. How many Estate Agents can you walk into late on a Tuesday, view the property the very next day, and they've made it happen so that I can move in on Saturday?? That's 3 days from viewing the property. Not many I bet ya :-) No wonder they win awards in their industry. Better stop now of you will all think I'm related...and I'm not. GoogleWe rented our previous flat through Andrew Reeves and always had wonderful service. From the match to our past landlord, through to the checking out process, the staff at Andrew Reeves have been lovely. During our stay at our last flat, I required some paperwork for my visa that Michael was happy to provide without chasing up. Both Michael and Karl worked with us through the process and I would recommend them to anyone.
