I have to say Andrew Reeves have impressed me. The manager Karl is a lovely man and every time I have spoken to him he has been helpful, polite, funny and stuck to his word. There were a couple of things I was having trouble sorting which were making me stressed but when I spoke to him he put my mind at ease and helped me there and then. I was not expecting this kind of service so its put my faith back into estate agents... definitely impressed!..thank you Karl! Additional Review updated as of 11.03. 2020. I am still at the same property because I have to say mainy due to Karl Taylor and he dediction to solving any issues I've had promptly and efficiently. I havent had many but when I have needing anthing sorting karl has picked up the phone and dealth with it the same day. He has also been great with his communication and keeping his promised. Thank you Karl, more people like you are needed in the lettings world. Keep up the good work!

Karl Taylor, Manager of the Beckenham branch of Andrew Reeves has just let our flat for the second time. On both occasions he has found us a tenant in record time. Michael had been a great guy from the start. He pushed hard to make sure we can move as quick as possible. There were bit delay because of unavoidable issues. I found the first accomodation on my name in UK with their help. Their team is very transparent and has been very courteous in answering all of my questions with patience and completeness. Within two weeks I received the keys to the apartment on rent the kind which fits my bill too. I highly recommend their graceful services for letting services in Bromley area and around. I am not rating them 5 due to one turnoff. The first month rent doesn't reach the landlord, instead has to be given to them for which I didn't receive a rent receipt. Apart from this, I did not regret going to them for a second. Thank you Ravina and team Andrew Reeves.

My partner call to book a viewing of properties to rent and the ladie who answered the phone said their is no point to book any viewing if he doesn't own enough money becouse is waist of time not recommended at all.
