GoogleThese guys are just amazing I have been with them since the year.so probably around 15/20 years they have never let me down always been on the phone to advise support found great tenants really lovely old school service, with all our new technology mixed in couldnβt Recommend them enough very happy with this service would never move to a different agent.

GoogleI just let a property via Andrew Reeves Letting Agents Orpington The whole letting process & experience from calling to viewing and signing the tenancy went smoothly and professionally done. Special mention to James Conolly and Maria Panayiotou for their efficiency is providing answers to my numerous questions. To cap it all up, I was welcomed with a gift box when I was moving in which was the icing on the cake with the experience by the Andrew Reeves Orpington team. I will definitely recommend this Letting Agents to anyone.

GoogleHi We have been renting through this agency for the last 3 years. Through these years we have noticed that it takes a long time to get the repairs done . Sometimes months for essential maintainances which can make your day today life miserable. When contacting the branch usual reply werer 'will get back to you after checking with relevent person'. But this most often will never happen.

GoogleChaotic and disorganised at best. Do not use this company. If you want a professional letting look elsewhere. Service levels fall way below expected standards. I have twice let my property with this company. The first time was seamless and the transaction swiftly expedited. The second time no one seemed to know what they were doing and I had three people calling and emailing me about the same things, wasting my time. There was clearly no communication between them. The team are very difficult to get hold of and I had to call other branches to get the local team to make contact with me. A lettings board was erected without my consent and six months later it is still in situ. Andrew Reeves have enjoyed six months of free advertising at my expense and refuse to acknowledge this.
We're naturally sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction of the service you have received, especially after previously having found the service to be very good. I can see a full investigation has taken place in relation to this and a final viewpoint letter has been received. Kayleigh took on our property as our manager and has been more than helpful and went above and beyond with her communication and keeping us posted in regards all aspects of the rental.
