GoogleAgency provides very poor service. Takes a lot of time to repair anything in the house. (If they repair it…). Tenant is without hot water and no heating.

GoogleI popped in the store to see if they can help me with my current rental situation. Normally when your with another agency, staff are not helpfull. But Erman, went above and beyond to advice me. Even though it was just help. I will definately be returning to the branch for my next rental investment.

GoogleI rented a flat last month by andrewreevs bromley/kent.(20.3.2023)What can I say or where do I start… I feel badly cheated.When I came to house viewing my firs questions was providing car park by council? Alfie said yes. I believed him. In reality was NO. Still NOT!!!Even flat didn’t registered to councill as a resident.They rented to me a STORAGE!!!Yes Basically it’s storage I can’t still believe it. I want move somewhere but I did a year contract and for move furniture I payed a lot money I can’t do second time.Still paying everyday to car park. I feel so desperate Just can say Avoid ,avoid,avoid…

GoogleThis is by far the worst experience I have had with an estate agent. After finding a property I was interested in, getting through to someone on the phone was a nightmare. The phone number either went straight to voicemail or would just hang up. I then tried to get in touch with someone via email and they took about 2 days to contact me. Once my viewing was arranged and I had moved around my work schedule to accommodate a viewing during work hours, the estate agent who was supposed to be conducting the viewing didn't even bother to show up and I haven't even received a phone call or email to apologise for the issue. Extremely unprofessional estate agents and I would avoid at all costs. I would give a 0 out of 5 if I could. What a waste of my time.

GoogleHighly recommended Letting Agency in Bromley (Kent). Great options as per the requirements always on the table. The team working at Bromley office are amazing, very helpful (definitely not rude), flexible and always straight to the solution. On the maintenance services part, i found there are some delays but it could be due to the outsourced agency and current market situation. 5-stars for the services provided on the property letting markets.

GoogleI felt at ease the minute I met with Erman (the branch Manager). He was able to give good, sound advice, and I felt I trusted him to find me the right tenants. Plus we had a giggle along the way! I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew Reeves as a company!
