She is definitely an asset to the team .I did speak with some other members from the office but was not happy with their approach. But Kelly is remarkable. GoogleRecently moved into a flat managed by Andrew Reeves. I was assisted throughout the entire process by Maisie, Kelly and Kayleigh. The procedure was very simple and straightforward, and everything was explained to us clearly and concisely. Most paperwork was also done electronically which was very helpful. In fact, Kelly had phoned me to inform me of a property coming to market soon that matched my requirements before putting it on the market - and it was the one I liked and took in the end! However, most importantly, the staff members that helped me secure the property were very friendly and highly professional. The same cannot be said of some other estate agencies in the area, many of whom can be rude and condescending. Nothing of that sort here! Can highly recommend this particular branch of Andrew Reeves, top service! In Summary: The Good: 1. Professional, friendly and competent service. 2. Flexible viewings, they realize that some of us work(!) and not always free anytime! 3. Easy, painless paperwork procedure. Suggestions for improvement: 1. We have a dual energy electric meter in our flat - but not sure which reading is which as they weren't labelled, which made sending the first meter reading to the energy company a little tricky. Not a big deal, but would have been great to have these labelled in the future ahead of a new tenant move in! :)

GoogleAndrew Reeves has been managing the tenancy of a friend's flat in Millbank House for some years now. Today (19/04) I was cleaning the flat for my friend and accidentally locked myself out. The agency swung into action and associate Carl immediately walked down from the agency office to let us in (having requested appropriate ID). He was courteous, efficient and polite. An excellent ambassador for Andrew Reeves.

They know their market well, are highly proactive and you can actually speak to them like real people (unlike the larger chains who are inflexible and often holier than thou).
