GoogleI purchased a flat with Andrew Reeves recently and the and had an outstanding experience with my agent Richard Phillips. They were so professional, accommodating, flexible, responsive and made sure that a stressful process ran as smoothly as possible for me as purchaser. Highly recommend the agency and in particular Richard. You would not receive this service with some of the other bigger agencies.

GoogleHaving rented in London for many years, I've worked with a lot of agents. Andrew Reeves were the most friendly, professional and courteous I have worked with. All maintenance issues were resolved quickly and any questions answered promptly. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Right from my initial viewing to my check-out two years later everything was handled seamlessly. They were also very responsive and helpful when any issues arose. Highly recommend!

GoogleWe recently purchased an apartment with Andrew Reeves at the nearby regency apartments. Honestly if I could give a higher rating than 5/5 - this is where I'd do it. Never before have I seen a group of agents who are so helpful and kind. Special thanks to Rich and Ross for being so easy to speak to, so helpful with all our million questions and taking time out to make this process as seamless as possible They even helped us with finding a solicitor as well as guided us through all the first time processes of buying a new apartment. If we ever have the money to upgrade/but a second apartment - I wouldn't look any further! Thank you

Unlike big high street agents who are totally careless and forget about their tenants the very moment they got the money, this agency feels like a family run business where they actually care about their clients. GoogleI have had a wonderful experience. The rental properties are reasonably priced and the move in process is very smooth. The properties are just as advertised. There are no hidden charges. I would recommend them to everyone especially those who are new to the city.

GoogleThe process of renting a property is always hectic or so I thought until I met Max Everard Batchelor from Andrew reeves. He made the whole process seamless and made sure he understood what my requirements are and how better he can serve exceptionally. 10/10 on service. As an international graduate, he understood my terms, found the perfect place and cut all the redtape to make my shifting absolutely effortless.

GoogleLooking out for rentals in London can be a stressful thing altogether and I've registered myself with so many property agencies many don't even bother contacting you. Kelly showed me a number of flats over the span of weeks and when I finally found one I liked, she was honest and i would think in a fair manner, allowed me to express my interest in renting the property and get myself considered as a tenant (some just ignore you if you have questions pertaining to the property let alone put you in the list for consideration by the landlord). I was also going away for a prolonged period before the move-in so keys had to be kept with them for a couple of weeks before I came back. Good thing that was acceptable! Otherwise i would have to look for another place elsewhere. All in all a pleasant experience with Kelly and rest of the team from the branch! Keep up the good work! If there was one thing to improve on, it would be tolerance for time taken to gather reference as sometimes it can be a challenge to sought the right person in a large organisation to be one's reference plus also not everyone's boss reside in the same country (there was a requirement for someone with a local number).

GoogleMy heartfelt gratitude to this company for all the help and for listening. The process of application, getting the house and finally, moving in was very systematic. Although there were some mishaps, not with them, but with other people, the agents were really helpful and reassuring that we will have a house by the 1st of December.
