GoogleI rent with this agency for about 3 years. After agreeing with the landlord all details for moving out, the landlord called the agency to let them know they should release the deposit then they wanted to me call them (not sure why) which I did! This Sam guy answered and he was extremely rude! He never allowed me to talk, ask a questions or anything! So they do take your money but when it comes to release it they will behave like trolls! You should be ashamed Sam

GoogleI selected Andrew Pearce after calling a variety of local agencies due to their excellent telephone manner. I was guided and looked during the selling process. Importantly I was kept uptodate at each stage ie after each viewing etc. I recommend them highly.

GooglePaul Smith and his team at Andrew Pearce were fantastic to deal with during the sale of my mother’s house. We were kept informed at each stage of the process in a timely and helpful manner. Viewings were not an issue and were handled with the minimum of fuss and interference. We also had the added challenge of a buyer pulling out at the last minute. Again Paul and the team quickly came up trumps in supporting us to deal with the disappointment and then to get a plan in place to remarket the property. A successful completion soon followed. Hand on heart, I have the highest regard for Andrew Pearce and would certainly use them again.

GoogleWe stayed at a rental property for 5 years which was managed by Andrew Pearce. We found the team very professional, well-organized, hard working and ready to help everytime. They had their regular check-ups scheduled and dealt with any minor repair requests promptly. I would highly recommend them!!

TrustpilotWhat an awful estate agent to deal…
What an awful estate agent to deal with, avoid them at all costs. We viewed a house and made a formal offer the next day. By law Andrew Pearce Estate Agents have to forward our offer to the vendor and get back to us with a response. A week went by following our formal offer and no response! We then sent an email to request feedback. Once again after a week no response! My wife then telephoned Mark Woollen at Andrew Pearce and was told the Manager was currently out of the office but would return our call on his return. Guess what, after a further 2 days of waiting for a response....nothing! We notice the house is still for sale, I wonder why, maybe because this estate agent is incapable of actually selling a property! On the strength of our dealings with Andrew Pearce Estate Agents I would not touch them with a bargepole, avoid.

GoogleMarketed the property incorrectly, I found damage to my property after viewings, item went ‘missing’ after viewings, lack of vetting tenants properly. I informed the owner about the above issues and he couldn’t be bothered to resolve them informally. It isn’t difficult to fix damage and recompense the missing item. No apology. Dishonest and unprofessional. Steer clear!
