This review is one year late, however I highly recommend Andrew Pearce in the Pinner area. We purchased a home through them and they were extremely helpful and honest right from the onset. They failed to tell me that a property didn't have proper running water. Staff are disrespectful, sarcastic, patronizing and will not help you. property was filthy when I moved in and they attempted to with hold my deposit despite them failing to use the deposit protection service and claiming that they had. I had to take legal action against them. Worst experience of my entire life.

I dealt mainly with Michael Beaumont in what was ultimately a challenging sale, through no fault of his own. He initially offered to run and organise an open day viewing of the property for prospective buyers and dealt with two sales that fell through with professionalism and good humour. Contact was good throughout and he kept me informed at all stages of the process. Andrew Pearce let us down time and time again. They provided us with a flat so disgusting we couldn't move in for over two weeks while we complained to them, waited for them to hire a cleaner and even then we had to redecorate it at our own expense. When we moved out, our improvements meant they could charge the new tenants £100 a month more than we'd been paying, despite this improvement they took £250 out of our deposit! I would recommend avoiding this estate agent at any cost.

Dear Michael & the rest of the Andrew Pearce team, We wanted to say a huge thank you for all of your guidance and support throughout the sale of our property. From the start of the selling process we were kept informed- the property particulars document was presented in detail and was fantastic. Our lead Consultant was Michael Beaumont; he went above and beyond his duties. He acted as a first point of contact for all parties involved (chain of 4 involved in the sale & purchase), not only was he our Estate Agent but at times we felt he played the role of a solicitor as his vast knowledge of conveyancing helped us out tremendously. The real test of an agent is when problems arise and in this case there were many; due to the expert handling of the situation and regular contact with me with updates; he was fast to rectify each obstacle. The entire Firm was always very courteous when I called (be it numerous amount of times). The Firm is very knowledgeable and handled every situation with professionalism and honesty. This is a trait which is hard to find these days and we greatly respect this. It is a hard and true fact that had Michael not worked so efficiently we would not have completed on our sale and purchase. We are so happy in our new home and we cannot thank you enough.
