GoogleAndrew Pearce have been exceptional and having used other local estate agents over previous years they are stand out in terms of professionalism, knowledge & expertise. Rayners Lane Branch: A massive thank you to Paul and the team (Mia) who were great from start to finish on the sale of our home! Paul knows what he’s doing, nothing was too big or too small, very responsive and kept us up to date all the way through to completion. Paul even kept an eye to ensure everything was progressing as planned whilst he was on holiday! We initially used another local estate agent and switched to Andrew Pearce who got the job done quickly and in the timeframe we specified. They are a reputable company with good morals. Pinner Branch: We purchased our new home through the Pinner branch. Helen showed us around properties and she was great, knows the area well and gave us adequate time to look around and ask questions to ensure we made the right decision. Thank you to Joe who oversaw the purchase and was great to deal with, alongside Paul they worked together to ensure our sale and purchase went through smoothly. We’ve experienced a few different estate agents in the area and Andrew Pearce are by far the best! A family member also used them to rent out their property and they too were impressed with their professionalism! Thank you Andrew Pearce!

Googlevery rude company, and disgusting attitude, i asked for them to stop emailing me 5 emails a day about properties due to the fact i have already found one the reply i got from kimberly was “you could’ve just said you found a property im not a psychic we all have a job to do” which is very rude for a letting company

Thank you for your review, Poppy. We have carefully reviewed the entire email exchange and for transparency, the full correspondence provides important context that is not reflected in your review. Mainly your offensive slurs, which could also be deemed as personal insults and just outright abusive none of which you have received from our team or mentioned in your review - not sure why? If you do not like receiving emails about new properties perhaps you should not have registered with agents who were trying to help you secure something - you also have the option to OPT OUT of all communications. We hold our team to high professional standards and we also expect communication towards our staff to remain respectful at all times something you may wish to work on yourself. To conclude you have been sent a total of 5 emails over the course of 5 days not 5 emails everyday and all you needed to do was let us know you had found somewhere and they would have stopped.

GoogleWe’ve recently exchanged on both the sale of our house and purchase of our next through Andrew Pearce and they’ve been excellent. Moving house is hard and stressful, but having Joe and the team at Andrew Pearce help us through the process has been invaluable. They have felt like true partners the whole way through the process, from taking care during viewings to chasing up and down the chain to secure exchange of contracts. TrustpilotI am a professional property investor
I am a professional property investor. Placed 2 properties for sale in October 2025. To say they were awful would be paying them a compliment. I took 1 property off the market. The other they found a buyer that was a total waste of time and the agents did very little to get the sale thru. Finally got so fed up I pulled out of the sale today. Avoid this agent at all cost. I am baffled how they are still in business.

Google😊 We had the pleasure of working with Jason Rus from Andrew Pearce, who guided us through the entire purchase process for our new home. His communication was excellent and truly went above and beyond, effectively liaising between ourselves, the seller, and both sets of solicitors to help expedite conversations and resolve enquiries. Jason was also very flexible and stayed in touch with us during our extended holiday, providing regular updates every few days via WhatsApp. This made the process feel seamless and gave us real confidence in both the progress of the sale and the seller’s serious intent (always important!)..He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Thanks to his support, we were able to complete the entire transaction from offer to completion within just 10 weeks.
