GoogleWe completed our sale in Sep 23, in difficult and unpredictable conditions. Needless to say, Paul (+ Matt and others) from Andrew Pearce had a big hand in that. Paul is the ideal estate agent both for the seller and the buyer. He is tactful and wise, diligent but not pushy. Keeps on top of the transaction and is always available to speak with (or calls back). Definitely recommend to anyone selling or buying in Harrow.

GoogleMy brother and I recently had to sell our family home after 50 years, following our father's passing. Joe and the team at Andrew Pearce were fantastic from the first time we asked them round to value the property until day of completion. Joe took such care of the process and of us, showing real professionalism but also kindness. The communication was fantastic from beginning to end and we completely trusted him to find us the "perfect" buyer. Thanks to him we have now handed our family home over to a new family to love and enjoy. We cannot recommend Joe and Andrew Pearce highly enough.
