Our contact point was Matthew Eastment who was wonderfully patient through a rather difficult sale and always available whenever we had questions. I have just recently went through a letting process with the agency, and found it extremely hassle free! Yash was incredibly patient with me and prompt with answering all my queries. He was able to shed some advice on what the renting process looks like, and the sort of things I should look into when viewing a property. Paul Smith and his team at Andrew Pearce were fantastic to deal with during the sale of my mother’s house. We were kept informed at each stage of the process in a timely and helpful manner. Viewings were not an issue and were handled with the minimum of fuss and interference. We also had the added challenge of a buyer pulling out at the last minute. Again Paul and the team quickly came up trumps in supporting us to deal with the disappointment and then to get a plan in place to remarket the property. A successful completion soon followed. Hand on heart, I have the highest regard for Andrew Pearce and would certainly use them again.

What an awful estate agent to deal…

What an awful estate agent to deal with, avoid them at all costs. We viewed a house and made a formal offer the next day. By law Andrew Pearce Estate Agents have to forward our offer to the vendor and get back to us with a response. A week went by following our formal offer and no response! We then sent an email to request feedback. Once again after a week no response! My wife then telephoned Mark Woollen at Andrew Pearce and was told the Manager was currently out of the office but would return our call on his return. Guess what, after a further 2 days of waiting for a response....nothing! We notice the house is still for sale, I wonder why, maybe because this estate agent is incapable of actually selling a property! On the strength of our dealings with Andrew Pearce Estate Agents I would not touch them with a bargepole, avoid.

Appalling experience with Andrew Pearce.The worst I have had with any estate agent. Shocking / apalling behaviour and attitude from manager Sam Quinn. Would never use or recommend services of this company.As a potential client (who wanted services of letting agent to rent a property) I had called 4 times on 4 different days to speak to their lettings team leaving messages for my call to be returned, each time told there was no one available and someone would call back. My call was not returned and then after my 4th call I had a call from manager Sam talking to me in a hostile aggressive tone,having a go at me, not letting me have a word, stating a staff had called after the 3rd call when this was not true and when i attempted to speak he hung up on me. I have sent an email to Sam and his partner Joe 2 days ago about this bahaviour towards me with no response. Where an apology and humble approach would have been more appropriate and perhaps finding out why there was no one of their lettings team in office on all 4 days and why call was not returned and after the first or 2nd call, Sam a senior partner in the business chose such an approach & response of having a go at a potential client. This tells a client all one needs to know about this company!!!

We recently bought and sold through Andrew Pearce, we dealt mainly with Joe but also other members of the team. They were always very professional and efficient and often went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Selling a property with two kids was a daunting task, but they organised all the viewings to suit us. The sale of our property actually fell through 6 weeks in, due to the bottom of the chain’s sale falling through. However, within 2 days without re-advertising on Rightmove / Zoopla they were able to get 6 potential buyers through the door for viewings of which we received 3 good offers. We then exchanged within 5 weeks with our new buyers. Overall, we couldn’t be happy with the service.
