GoogleHorrible horrible agents. Exactly the kind of unprofessional agents which give real estate agents every where a bad name. Agreed on a house with me, said landlord had accepted and then called next day to say property had received another offer which was 400 pounds higher and we should pay higher. Claiming we did not pay deposit when they themselves had asked us to hold off paying deposits as the landlord had still not agreed to furniture being provided. I had twice offered to pay deposit. Extremely unprofessional and left me fuming..

GoogleDanny Schultz from Andrew Pearce Pinner was amazing! We were looking to downsize, but still live in a nice property in the local area. Andrew took all our requirements into account and selected 2 properties for us to view - one of which we decided to take. However, it was slightly over what we were prepared to pay so Danny took all our details, including our professions and our future plans and put this to the Landlord who accepted our offer. As we were both extremely busy professionals, one of us running our own company, we had no time to figure out what paperwork we had to complete and when so Andrew made sure he contacted us when he needed something from us and was explicit in exactly what he needed. Fantastic service!

GoogleWe recently rented a home through Andrew Pearce, and we've been very pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and attention they gave us! Really great communication between us, them, and the landlord, and they were quick and helpful at every enquiry. Tenants are usually forgotten as an afterthought, but not here! Especially thank you to Danny Schultz who went out of his way to provide wonderful service. We will definitely use them again if we're ever in need of an estate agent!

We would like to extend a huge thank you to Andrew Pearce Estate Agents in Pinner and in particular to Joe Prosser and his team for their commitment, professionalism and support for the sale of my late father’s property. Joe and his team worked tirelessly to ensure that we eventually completed a complicated sale. His level of expertise and integrity is outstanding and we were constantly kept up to date about the progress of the sale. Communication was always easy with Andrew Pearce Estate Agents and we would receive instant What’s app messages, regular telephone calls and emails. Zoe, Rebecca, Paul and Sam were also very helpful and always ensured our messages were passed on. Joe communicated directly with all the solicitors in the chain and this ensured everyone knew what was happening. Our family are long established clients and have know Andrew Pearce for over 37 years when we purchased our existing property through Andrew. FacebookWe recently bought and sold through Andrew Pearce, we dealt mainly with Joe but also other members of the team. They were always very professional and efficient and often went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Selling a property with two kids was a daunting task, but they organised all the viewings to suit us. The sale of our property actually fell through 6 weeks in, due to the bottom of the chain’s sale falling through. However, within 2 days without re-advertising on Rightmove / Zoopla they were able to get 6 potential buyers through the door for viewings of which we received 3 good offers. We then exchanged within 5 weeks with our new buyers. Overall, we couldn’t be happy with the service.

Genuine down to earth team who really do their best for you and keep you updated through the whole process. We didn’t have an easy ride but were very well looked after. We dealt with Paul Smith mainly but also Joe Prosser, both brilliant.

GoogleVery unprofessional people, When we moved out, they took our deposit a way by making fake excuses. Also they have promised part of our deposit back but never refunded back.

GoogleTo be fair to Andrew Pearce, they have good customer service and are very responsive on e-mails, which is great. The valuations are not great, but they are one of the better agents.
