GoogleAndrew Pearce (Pinner branch) provided a first class service in the marketing of my property which led to its sale. Their staff were friendly but at the same time very professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone looking for a reputable estate agent

GoogleWe recently sold our property in Pinner through Andrew Pearce and achieved over the asking price after just one day of viewings. James and the team were a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and efficient but not overly pushy.

GoogleGreat service provided by our sales consultant Alexandra, who was always very helpful, empathetic and friendly. This helped to make the process less stressful and she was a pleasure to deal with, compared with most other sales agents! Highly recommend. Thanks again and we hope to buy/sell through Andrew Pearce again in the future.

GoogleMy experience with Andrew Pearce isn’t a very good one. I have enquired about a property several times this week. I have been registered with them so they have all my details. Firstly I’ve been told they haven’t got access to the property, secondly there is some work going on so they will do the viewings on Saturday what is tomorrow and they will send out viewing confirmation. As I have not received any confirmation today I have called them and the lady picked up the phone and she told me straight away that house is no longer available as they received an offer and then when I confronted her she said “let me transfer you to my colleague as he is dealing with this property and I don’t want to give you the wrong information” obviously the colleague wasn’t available so she said he will call me back in 5 minutes what obviously never happened! Then I ring them after 40min and I spoke with one of the agent who told me that because I have pets this property isn’t good for me? After calling several times this week they have never noticed that we have pets? I don’t know what to believe either this people have no clue what they are doing either just messing around! But unfortunately they don’t think that they are wasting possible tenants time and they could end up in difficult situations.
And the gentleman also said to me on the phone that people are do make mistakes and this can happen!
I am certain about people making mistakes but when you know the landlord requirements and you know the tenant situation how can you miss it especially when I called so many times!
Im looking for over 2 months for a property and isn’t already hard for me with pets agents they making it even harder with their mistakes!

GoogleWe chose to list our property with Andrew Pearce and could not be happier with the service provided. Alexandra, in particular has been great at planning viewings, dealing with offers and then liaising with our buyers and solicitors, ensuring our sale was as smooth as possible. From the start of the process to the completion of the sale, everything has been dealt with efficiently and with minimal hassle. We want to thank Andrew Pearce for selling our property which has allowed us to purchase our new family home.

GoogleWe engaged Andrew Pearce after speaking to many agents and found their local knowledge second to none for the sale of our house and we also purchased our new home through them as well. James was absolutely brilliant through out the process. His communication was amazing, always available and worked through any issues in a logical professional manner. We had a few wobbles but James managed the situation well and helped us cross the line. One would think that's the end of it....no!..even after the sale and purchase, James ensured everything was in order. James has become a trusted advisor and I have become a lifelong client.

GoogleAndrew Pearce has always been a professional and fair Property Consultant. Everything about the Tenancy and process was explained in a way that was easy to understand and they made renting a house such a breeze! They have a beautiful office set-up, in a great environment, the team were extremely communicative and easy to reach, to answer any of our questions at all times. The biggest kudos goes to Sam, who was professional, experienced, really listened, cares passionately about his job and his calming manner worked wonders for us, he was a total Godsend. I’d highly recommend Andrew Pearce for your new home.

GoogleWe bought a new property through Andrew Pearce which was professionally handled by Alexandra. After receiving such great service we decided to let out other property through Andrew Pearce too. Yash handled my needs very professionally, he was very informative, he was well versed in the area and made a few suggestions to get my property rented quickly. In the end he managed to get a superb price for monthly rental and I would no doubt contact him again if required. Thank you Yash!!

GoogleAbsolutely garbage. I was dealing with Matthew Eastment, abhorrent service from this young lad. The thinks he can speak however he wants with a client and get away with it. His manager is also in on this with him. There are no repercussions for his absolutely pathetic behavior. It is a shame but be assured I will not be using them ever again even if I was on the verge of being homeless or they found me the house of my dreams.

GoogleNot particularly responsive. Didn't feel they were client focused enough. Basic mistakes with some legal drafting in Tenacy Agreement and calculation of mgmnt fees. Didnt have time to calculate refund for previous tenants. I had to do it myself and show the agent the calculation which they forwarded to outgoing tenant. Got the feeling staff were stretched. Either that or they simply didn't care enough for their customers!

GoogleI am not sure if my experience was characteristic of the company, but I certainly received a one star service and the prospective landlord seemed to agree.
To be as brief as possible, I was first to enquire into a flat and urgently needed to find a place. The original person assigned to my enquiry (Yash, or some such name) is responsible for this poor review more than the whole company. He lied about the availability of the flat, saying I couldn't view it for 3 days, but the next day allowed someone else to view the property one-the-day. That viewer agreed with the landlord to take the flat, however, this news never reached me till a week later. I was strung along for a week, investing a lot time in chasing them to update me because they would forget to send emails and rarely call back. Moreover, I was passed from one person to the next with nobody remembering my enquiry.
Eventually, I viewed the flat (3 days later than promised) and the landlord agreed to let me the property because the first person had not placed a deposit. This led to mass confusion because apparently the first person had a verbal promise that Andrew Pearce considered binding and so would not allow me to place a deposit. The first tenant was in tears about possibly losing the flat, the landlord was confused, and I lost a week of time and had to extend my tenancy another month. I received a very apologetic phone call from a staff member (Amanda, if I recall correctly) who at least acknowledged how disastrous their service had been.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleAndrew Pearce had been helping me since I with my family, have moved to this country. Their team work is comprehensive and most importantly, they keep their promises. This time they took only 7 to 8 days to move us into the new property. I am really thankful to the entire Rayner's Lane office team, especially Yash and Sam. They are wonderful people. GoogleI rented out a flat through them, and the moment they made a mistake they refused to make it right, forcing me to pursue them through the Small Claims Court.
The company was supposed to transfer the tenant's deposit to me, as I had notified them in writing that I was going to register the deposit myself. They subsequently informed me that they had registered the deposit using their own scheme. When I protested and explained that I had already registered the deposit using my own funds (as I was expecting them to transfer the deposit to me), they suggested I keep the deposit in their scheme and they would waive the fee (they are literally tone deaf). When I explained to them for a millionth time that I had already secured it, they suggested I wait a month whilst they retrieved the money. Quite something to make a mistake and then make a paying customer wait whilst they sort out their own mess.
The company then tried to play games by asking me for stuff they had no business for asking:
- have you served the prescribed information on the tenant
- you still owe us money, so maybe we will counter sue you
When I did ultimately serve them with a claim, it transpired that they did not secure the deposit when they say they did, and they had ample opportunity to have picked up on their mistake.
The company then took its time, transferring the deposit to me a couple of hours before the deadline for them to respond to my claim was about to expire. All of this could have been resolved if the company would have agreed to make me whole immediately after having accepted their mistake.
Instead, their attitude is basically yeah we made a mistake, sorry about that but we won't make you whole so f**k y*u, and you can wait whilst we take our merry time.
I have never come across such an unprofessional firm. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole even if they paid me to use their services again. Avoid at all costs!!!!NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value
