GoogleWe obtained our let through Kelly who was fantastic throughout. Very friendly, and it felt like she was genuinely pleased to have found us a home. All information available whenever requested and process was smooth. Made herself readily available to suit our time needs. Property is in great condition too and one of the best I’ve moved to.

For us this being our first time renting it can be quite nerve racking filling out all the paper work etc but Kelly really helped us and was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions we had. Couldn’t recommend her enough.

GoogleConsidering the increase in energy costs. Anderson Residential consider having internal doors not a necessity. So along with a job loss I am now faced with extortionate energy costs because they don’t deem doors a priority. Mouldy walls too and they are charging me a fortune to rent out substandard property. Avoid
