I was extremely pleased with how above and beyond the team went to market my property (picking up the keys from another letting agent and marketing the property within the same day on request of me asking to market the house) and then how quickly viewings were held on the following day from property put up on the market and offers put forward by tenants on that same day. I was even pleased with the rental rate i received from the calibre of tenants put forward. Love how bubbly all team members are in Andersons and helpful. Considering the increase in energy costs. Anderson Residential consider having internal doors not a necessity. So along with a job loss I am now faced with extortionate energy costs because they don’t deem doors a priority. Mouldy walls too and they are charging me a fortune to rent out substandard property.
